I came here to refuel and then take a shower to take a shower. I had to wait 4 hours because there is no hot water here. I told them to just change the shower room. If there is no hot water in this shower room, they told me that they would fix it now, but they fixed it, and then they told me that I had to wait. Here in the queue, And in front of me in the queue. 7 people

Loves your coffee game sucks. Ppl use cream. You didn't have any, the machine looked broken. Reinvest ppl like cream and the girl working the register at 9am 6/7/24 long blonde hair glass young was complaining about her job to us. Lie, tell me, what a great day it is!!!!

Loves as always good staff clean restrooms and a stocked hot food area. Staff was friendly but the outside pumps no paper towels, otherwise good.

Unfortunately I've had to stop here a few times this month ...all at different times and there is never any hot food available, not a single time has there been anything on the racks .... the bathroom is tiny and always filthy... Drivers should avoid this location like the plague

Wouldn't give me a shower even though I was clearly diamond status. The employees here are NPC's. This experience has ruined loves for me and my fleet will no longer be fueling at any of their truck stops .

We akways look for a Loves Travel Stop when we are travelling. This one is located in Fernley on main route to Reno, Sparks, Las Vegas. We liked this one as well. Very neat, clean, organized. Restrooms are clean and well maintained. Gas prices were lower than in the city. There was hardly a wait for a pump.
