So I have had bad experiences with lows for quite awhile, they do not honor their lifetime warranty products at all. This is not what made me write this post today, my sister in law works at lows in Fernley. The way they handle family emergencies and deaths is unacceptable. The way they handle employees who are sick is unacceptable. Saying quote, " we will not accept a doctors note as this is not highschool anymore", my sister was highly contagious at this time and the doctor put her put of work for two days. Apparently lowes does not care about their employees or their customers. Someone being highly contagious is public safety. Lowes also does not care about giving their employees time to grieve. We just lost our aunt last Sunday and they will not allow her sufficient enough time to grieve. This is also a safety concern because her mind will not be on the job and that could get her or someone else hurt. Good job Lowes, way to make lining your pockets a priority the good old American way.

I have been trying to get my delivery for the last four weeks delivered every time I get a delivery date they cancel call today. They said it’s scattered all over the floor that they promised they’re gonna call me back. They never call me back. No manager was available every time I call a manager the phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. Customer service said I’m sorry but I’ll take a message. It’s been four weeks. I’ve taken messages. Nobody responds to my call, I’m sorry it’s only been $4000. You guys been holding onto for the last month. May a regional manager give me a call.

I like Lowe's and home depot both..
But yes Lowe's is a great place to shop for home improvement and the help there seems to like their jobs!

I took all but 2 stars away as some of the staff are full on snarky b****es. Excellent to my husband, of course.
Had an issue with a faulty power tool, brought it back & exchanged it. At home, I found the "new" one had been previously used & just wiped down, boxed back up & put back on shelf (missing parts & manual). Called store. Nice manager said he'd give me a discount when I brought it back (for inconvenience & that we live 20 miles from the store)
In-store I decided on a different brand that was not in stock, so customer service desk was doing the order so I could get the discount.
There was an ordering issue with their system (online system was saying it was in stock & wasn't allowing one to be sent). The poor younger guy was trying to fix it, 29 minutes & 3 reversed orders later, a female worker came over in a very put-off manner & treated me like I was a nuisance customer.
She put the order through KNOWING it was wrong & it wouldn't work.
Then she walked away & obviously said something under her breath to another lady coworker & they both smirked. I canceled the whole thing & said I'd rather pay full price elsewhere.
The bummer is that we have to patronize this store often for jobs & , after this Lowe's, the closest home improvement store is 40 miles away in the opposite direction.
I used to enjoy this store.

I have never had problems with Lowes before but I ordered a new stove and had it delivered only to find that it was leaking gas because they delivery guys did not hook it up properly and they couldn't come back to fix it for a week... They came and hooked it up properly only to find that the stove was way too high with flames in my oven so called and they said I needed to use the warranty and have someone come and fix it..... Skip ahead another month of calling and going back and forth I ended up having to order a new stove and returning the old one and all that was needed was little parts to convert it from natural Gas to my Propane.... Every person I talked to I told them that I was converting it to propane and no one said
"oh well that is the problem the delivery guys can't hook it up to propane you have to call your gas company and they will hook it up for free"
So I had a useless stove for almost 2 months because nobody knew what they were doing....
They did fix the issues and gave me 200 dollars back for the inconvenience but it was a longer process than was necessary and I had to deal with about 50 different people over that course of 2 months and if they say give me your name and number and I will call you back they are lying they never once called me back....

Absolutely garbage.. don’t attempt to buy ANYTHING from the “pro desk”- Meaning entitled women that do everything to ignore/disrespect you because they don’t know what they’re doing.
Then expect the manager(Bruce Clarke Jr.) to come behind and wipe up their messes caused by entitled ignorance. Then having to lower costs and offer discounts to make up for the employees consistent unacceptable attitudes.
Bruce Clarke Jr. the manager is garbage , doesn’t respond to customer requests or out reaching customers. Doesn’t return calls/emails/messages
Didn’t actually order the trailer after 3.5 hours in store waiting, while he was on the phone and email.
No trailer, no return call, no email no customer service. What’s the point of the employees ?
AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST.
