Was not greeted when I went in. Both employees were on their phones. I was treated like I was burdening them. They didn't even look up my questions. Hope they don't treat all women like this. Very rude!

Just came into this new town trying to find out some possible issues with my batter 3 sales reps and 1 customer in the store, didn't get a greeting no assistance was offered then when we tried to talk to them totally ignorant was expecting same service that I would had gotten at the Napas in phx but alas it only take 1 to ruin the bunch with that kind of CSR people would go to Auto Zone sad but true.

Went into a auto parts store for a gasket scraper, all the gasket material you would need but no scraper, nobody rebuilds things anymore.
