Awesome place especially with the showers but only one problem is those shower floors need padding because they're very slippery and one time my wife almost fell and saving her I actually slipped and hit my head and almost passed out and now we both have to sit but aside from that the water is comfortably warm and relaxing and the food and drinks are good and the service is great

Watch your transactions! They charged me double saying they didn’t receive the first payment even AFTER I showed proof that the money had been taken out of my account. They were completely inconsiderate, rude, and not willing to help me in any way other than telling me to call corporate! This is just after midnight, and I’m a disabled combat veteran traveling through the state with my daughter. Guess I’ll be avoiding “pilots” from now on! These cashiers could use customer service training… and maybe training on how to not rob people by over charging them when they’ve clearly proven that the merchandise was paid for!

This place has really went down hill fuel pumps slow trucks sit on fuel isle don't pull forward and seems like if you make a complaint nothing truly gets done just gotta wait it out

According to the gentleman working in the shower area (19 June 25 @1430pst), all wash cloths have been lost or taken. I get that, understandable, and beyond your/ their control... but here's a idea, put a sign on the entry door from truck parking (where most drivers are entering) so we can return to our truck and bring in one of our own... I personally do not carry one in since they are usually provided in the shower stall.
Fortunately, I have a shower credit at one of your competitors that I can use for a proper shower when I park for the night, but it's still annoying.
The staff i interacted with was quite friendly, the store is clean, parking is available in a dirt lot on the south side of the street when the small-mid size lot fills up.

Employees over this location are not helpful at all, I was at this location for shower , app was not working, was not showing up scanner code neither was allowing me to book shower even I had shower power, with giving big time attitude they said they can't help me call guest service at 2.45am and had to leave without shower. I had issue at other Pilot Employees their gave me free shower as they saw it's app problem. Bottom line everything I come here this peoples have attitude issue

The store is clean and the Wendy's was exceptionally fast. The shower service was horrible and Ive been to 100+ Pilots. I have been waiting for over an hour & the guest waiting # has not changed 1 person. Im pretty sure the shower guys are sitting at a Wendy's table on an EXTENDED break. Atleast leave 1 man to clean the showers. Both breaking at the same time is ridiculous. DO NOT SHOWER AT THIS PILOT, unless you have 2 hours free time.

why are you selling fuel at pump number 19 that doesn't work? this is the second time this week that I've been to the same pump and filled up for 30 minutes and only managed to fill up 70 gallons. put up a sign that it doesn't work. why the hell should people waste their time because of you? 5/13/25

Busy little truck stop. Easy access from the freeway. Pretty clean facility with friendly staff. Wendy's is a little more pricy but it is a truck stop.

The manager supervisor whoever he is old man he cares more about ex-policeman than he does his customers that are truck drivers people are standing in line waiting to pay for stuff nothing but a bunch of racist people that work here
