Do not ever work here this place had basically took advantage of me, zero communication, the managers there were so disrespectful and rude. I still haven’t received my paycheck from this place. not to mention they love to keep all the tips to themselves and not to the other hard working employees. This place disgusts me.

Sandwhich was ICE cold, come to find out the lettuce was literally frozen and covered in ice. Who would still serve that? Bread was old as hell and hard as a rock. The cheese was also so old and hard it was CRUMBLING apart. Not edible at all. Worst sandwhich I have ever had here. Terrible quality. And apparently they serve frozen vegetables, not fresh. The fact that whoever had the nerve to still serve something so poorly like that is embarrassing.

It was completely empty so being busy or overwhelmed doesn’t apply- I got the most sloppy made sub and it wasn’t even completely wrapped. Literally a quarter of my sub was exposed hanging out of the bag. Clearly based on past reviews franchise owner/manager doesn’t care how sub par the quality of the subs are and I will avoid at all costs in the future

IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN, DO NOT EAT HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was the worst service and food prep I have ever received from a Port of Subs. Both workers had horrible attitudes. As a vegetarian who orders a vegetarian sandwich, I normally don’t have to ask to have the slicer wiped down of meat, they normally do it as a courtesy, but not this time. There was so much meat packed into their slicer I’m assuming they haven’t wiped it down all day. They asked us which sandwiches and what sizes FOUR separate times. Once they started assembling the sandwiches, they spread the sauce and avocado WITH THEIR FINGERS. All while wearing the same exact gloves I watched them wear while grabbing stuff out of their fridge in the back. Not once did the lady change gloves while handling these sandwiches and simultaneously doing other tasks that weren’t food related. Everything was slapped together so piss poor, barely anything actually made it into the sandwich itself. I also asked for all veggies and was skimped out on 3 different kinds. We had to ask for them to actually put the ingredients into the sandwich instead of just picking it up and putting it into the wrapping paper as they were doing. Hands down worst experience I’ve had, which is unfortunate considering since they’ve been open, the other workers there have done their job diligently and kindly.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I completely messed up my sandwich order and they remade it for free for me. Definitely go check them out!!

This place is God AWFUL and waaaaay OVERPRICED!!! I ordered two sandwiches and it was a marvel at how wrong they got these orders. It was like it was "opposite day" and they were having a competition at how WRONG they could make two sandwiches that ended up costing a total of $60 after tip!!! The sandwiches weren't even large or footlongs, two medium sandwiches and one just had extra meat and the other avocado, no chips, no drinks, just a cup of potato salad, again.... $60 delivered on DoorDash! Amazing...Don't buy food from here, they don't want to work or have jobs or a business. Something... ::shrug:: They make more of an effort at Subway or a child making a PB&J sandwich than these people do here. 1 star is too good for this place, the rating I'd give it is a punch to the crotch. That'd be a perfect way to describe this place, instead of 1 star it'd be just someone coming up to you and punching you in the crotch.

Horrible. There was a baby in the back crying. There was two slow people not knowing what there were doing. It was not even busy and they took almost 40 min on two small sandwiches. Made the full sandwich and forgot to put the chicken and meats so they just gave me a bread sandwich. Still charged me. Stupid people

Under new management. Seems like the new management needs new management. The employees need to find new jobs. Completely lethargic, zero personality. One sandwich was good. The other sandwich was a complete mess. Never returning to this location again.

really terrible service. the girl taking orders has a terrible attitude. even if you order two of the same sandwich she was only willing to prepare one at a time. they were not wiping the counter between sandwiches so the people in front of us had to request they do it because there was onion all over the counter. we stood in line for about 20 minutes with two families in front of us, then we get to the cashier and they let us know the soda machine isn't working and theres no one that can fix it and they have no other drinks. this is the second time we have been there and it seems that no one there on a weekend knows what they are doing.

All I have to say is ew! Me and my family walked in for a lunch and straight away the vibes were so bad. The employees just stood there staring at us impatiently waiting for us to order. Then we saw flies ALL OVER THE TOPPINGS, literally made me sick! And to top it off, there was meat debris all over the meat slicer, I think this place just needs to be cleaned up and as my first time at Port of Subs, I don’t know how to feel…
