I bought a bottle of pepperoncinis and the jar lid came off in my car spilling all over my car back seat and contaminating my butter. I returned the product to the store. The cashier was apologetic reimbursed me my money but then recharged me for a replacement.
I was disappointed who is going to clean up the smell of peppers in my car and saturated my backseat. Not very happy with raley's customer service.

Raleys/ Nevada ( also elsewhere)... is most everyones' "go to" grocery: large and well stocked. Shelves are rarely empty as " round the clock" staff keep items readily available and shelves clean and neat.
We have previously lived in other cities/states (without a Raleys). When we return.... Raleys is always appreciated.

First time at a Raley’s since I’m from out of state and this was a nice, clean grocery store. The deli section had good food and the bakery as well! Clean restrooms and the store was well organized. I saw many customers talk to the employees and everyone there seemed friendly. I would definitely be back if I’m back in town.

I was at checkout and the chicken breast had no price on them the lady went to get the chicken breast priced, the customer behind me was upset she had to wait in line for them to get price check she had them suspended my sale and me step aside so SHE could be taken care of, I have never heard of this! Very disappointed in being treated this way. I am rethinking about shopping their, I have been a very loyal customer but I have a choice to go somewhere else!! Where I won't be suspened!!

Was looking for a purple orchid for a memorial service. Stopped at WM and they didn't have any, GOs didn't look up to par. Was hoping Raley's had them and there were many options, including a purple orchid with two stems, which represented the couple who lost husband, for $20! Was happy and glad I finally found it there!!
