My wife had a busted cv axle reached out to Steve and he was great. Came out to our place gave us an honest estimate didn't take advantage of the bad situation my wife was in . Did a great repair and had my wife's van back on the road in under 2 hrs. Will be having him back in a few weeks for preemptive repair on other cv axle before it has a chance of breaking on her . Will recommend him to anyone that's asks for my opinion on car repairs .

VERY HONEST!! Amazing work and low prices. Have always serviced my Lexus at the dealership but couldn’t get it into Reno. Steven showed up at my home and diagnosed the problem and worked up the price and ordered a new radiator. Work was finished fast after parts came in.

Had this company come over to diagnose my 1500 and ended up having me break the rear end and then charge me $60 and ghost me. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve used him a few times for mine and my family’s cars. Fair prices. Honest. Nice. Decent work. Very unorganized. Doesn’t call back when he says he will. Doesn’t follow up with estimates and future work that is discussed during appointments. It’s a goose chase to reach him and get work planned and scheduled. Would go weeks and months of calling / texting / emailing him to get him to schedule the work that was discussed. Myself and my family, finally gave up and went elsewhere for our 4 vehicles.

This mechanic is definitely going to be my ONLY mechanic! Steven explained every thing he did when he was doing it and went as far as going to the store and getting all the correct parts needed for my repairs. I absolutely loved the fact that he fixed the ignition coil and spark plug within an hour and he got my baby working wonderfully. I would recommend him 100 times over and will call him for ALL my car needs

I had a brake problem and had almost every mechanic in Fernley diagnose or at least give me a quote. He was the only honest mechanic I contacted as after getting so many different answers to my brake problem, let my son look at them and Mr Rose was correct. Wish I had hired him to do the job. Instead I was referred to someone in neighboring town and did not work out well.

Do not go to Ford dealer. They hold our vehicle at service for 4 weeks and had all wrong diagnosis and charged hundreds bucks and quoted thousands dollars fixing nothing. Things sounded all joke.
I was lucky that I could find Stephen and he made everything simple, quick, accurate and cheaper than dealers. Stephen made us to save thousands bucks and what he did everything is very satisfying. We spent 8-90% cheaper price and much more accurate maintenance with Rose Mobile than Ford dealer asking. Thank you so much.

Stephen was rather quick in fixing my issue as my car wouldn’t fully start the last 2 weeks. Let me know and showed me directly that my solenoid in the starter was breaking. He went to O Reilly in town to get the part, and my car fixed within about 2 hours of starting. Was very reasonable for his diagnostic, labor, and the part and was more than willing to brave the snow squall aftermath today to get to my house. More than highly recommend.

I had a brake light problem and it took him a hour and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I did and he still charged me the 100 bucks. I won’t use him again next r will anyone else I know.

Stephen Rose is an absolute miracle worker!
after 5 months of hell working with a dealership service center (June 3rd truck arrived, October 18th we got fed up and had it towed out) and over 12k later spent at the dealership, with them saying we needed to spend an additional $1500, we ended up with a truck that wouldn't start. we had Stephen come out for a diagnostic 'second opinion' of sorts. his price was very reasonable and affordable. he was extremely detailed in his diagnostic. after diagnosing, he hooked a few things up and BAM, the truck started! We are so excited and over the moon! he just proved that the dealership was trying to get us to buy parts we didn't need, and were incompetent with putting things together.
you better believe we will be only using Stephen from here on out for all our mechanic needs!

This guys works quick. He was able to diagnose the problem on my car and he ordered the part for my car that same day. The next day he came to work on my car and he fixed the problem.
