The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the only organization in the country that regularly delivers to every residential and business address. USPS is committed to providing secure, reliable, and affordable delivery of mail and packages to over 157 million addresses in the United States, its territories, and its military bases worldwide. Processing and delivering 47 percent of the world's mail, USPS manages over 30,000 retail locations and constantly innovates to improve customer experiences. Customers generally find the local Post Office staff to be helpful and friendly, even during busy times like Christmas. The convenient locations and wide range of services, including specialty stamps, are appreciated. USPS is recognized for the hard work of its postal workers, who serve all communities, including seniors, disabled individuals, and veterans. However, some customers have experienced issues with missing or undelivered mail, which they have had to address directly with the Postmaster General.
The worker I’ve had twice is incredibly rude even when I’m just asking a basic question

I don't think some of these people understand how the post office works. You drop off a package, it ships to other areas, the cashier isn't riding on a horse, carrying your package to its destination by themselves. The staff here is super nice, always helpful, and they will go out of their way to help people.
