This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They constantly substitute their generic crap for the medicine I need. I have to use liquid medicine due to trouble swallowing. They mix up some vile generic substitute of my usual medicine. They have the worst flavoring agent I have ever experienced. I have to treat them like criminals and check EVERY prescription I pick up. My doctor prescribes a brand name and they substitute. God forbid I don't check the medicine . They REFUSE to take it back and blame me. I now get to suffer thru 3 months with their vile medicine until the next refill. And they blame me and are incredibly rude to boot. I'm sure they do this to make a few extra bucks. BEWARE. You won't get the drugs as prescribed. You will be treated rudely. They just want your money.

Passport photo call ahead to make sure they have paper (I really dont need to be shown how much paper you have left) as far as I know my would be 1 sheet. 3 (three)people behind counter none of them could make a decision if they did photos. Training in customer service maybe helpful.

I have read lots of bad reviews for this pharmacy but I needed to switch over a prescription because the brand my old pharmacy carried was making me sick. Not only were they extremely helpful with the transfer, but this prescription had a vacation over ride on it, so I was a little worried. It ended up being seamless, every one was super friendly and helpful and I have my new med on time for vacation, the brand I wanted and I am happy! The only reason I gave 4 stars was because getting a hold of the pharmacy is a pain... the phone system kinda sucks, but I have the App now and it works great! Thanks Walgreens.

Be careful if you use DoorDash for this business! I was just delivered a box of cereal that had been cut open and then taped shut. It's not safe for consumption and has been thrown away. Seriously, the fact that someone, most likely an employee, in the store damaged the box and then purposely proceeded to tape it and put it back on the shelf to sell to customers is unprofessional, disgusting, and unsafe.

I am an immunocompromised cancer patient who is exhibiting covid symptoms & was exposed to someone who tested positive at work. I filled all of this information out in Walgreens' little questionnaire & was still turned away after scheduling an appointment online, not once, but twice today. The first time was because they "were going to lunch in 20 minutes". I didn't realize that it took 20 minutes for me to swab my own nostrils & hand them the container back, but okay. The second time, I was told that testing stopped 2 hours prior, even though I was able to schedule online for the time that I arrived on site. I just tried to reschedule online, but they're booked for the next 2 days & I cannot schedule another test. I guess I'll just go screw myself since they just did twice today anyway. Thanks, Walgreens. Always super helpful.

I usually go to Walmart pharmacy, but needed to pick up my parents RX..THIS PHARMACY SUCKS! I went through the drive up, thought it would be in & out! Wrong took tech 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. I waited and waited and waited! It wasnt like they were short staffed...I saw at least 5 people running around, not exactly sure what they were doing?? I saw about 6 customers come to window after I drove up & they helped them first! I had to knock at the window to get any assistance! 20 minutes later I finally got RX! Terrible customer service!

Walgreens pharmacy needs to get a grip and learn some customer service. If there is a line of cars at the drive thru before closing then they should fulfill those customer orders. Have someone go out and put out a sign up at the last car of the night. To be so rude and have people waiting in a line for over 20 min to get the window shut on them. You are not the only pharmacy in town!!

Normally, I do not have many issues here, but it seems as though the pharmacy has just been in a very speedy downward spiral over the years, especially recently. When I initially pulled into the parking lot, I noticed how long the line of cars was (7 at the time), & decided to go inside, thinking that it would be faster thanthedrive thru, especially since I have 5 prescriptions to pick up. Silly me did not know how wrong I was.... I just spent 15 minutes waiting in quite a long line, with 4 people in front of me. During that entire 15 minute window, I never once saw a pharmacy associate behind the counter, let alone anyone helping the people in line in front of me, nor the numerous cars that were in line at the drive thru window. About 10 minutes into my wait, the store manager made an announcement that "There are more than enough pharmacy staff to help you all, no worries. We will have you all taken care of today, I'll make sure of it since I'm closing." Excuse me? You do not close for another 3 hours, sir. Am I being told that, at some point over the next 3 hours, your staff will FINALLY show up and do their job? I waited another 5 minutes after that less than pleasing announcement, and still had not witnessed a single soul behind the pharmacy counter. At this point, I was receiving text messages regarding an appointment that I had coming up, so I had to leave without picking up my prescriptions, as I was expecting to be in and out, and that was far from what had happened today, and I could not risk missing my appointment. Hopefully they are staffed appropriately tomorrow, as I will now have to wait another day to pick up my multiple prescriptions. Fingers crossed that the side effects of my cancer and asthma will not flare up too vigorously before I can finally receive some of my medications.... After this visit, I will absolutely be changing my pharmaceutical care over to the Walmart on Newlands Drive instead.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. No professionalism, no common courtesy and a general disregard for an individuals needs. No matter the method tried to refill a prescription (call in via phone tree, in person or call direct to speak with a pharmacy technician) have the prescriptions been ready. Even 3 days later. The absolute worst.
