Wafd recently merged with a bank in Northern California where I had an account. I was planning to close the account anyway as I now reside in Nevada. The staff at Wafd was very helpful, friendly and professional in assisting me in closing my new Wafd account on-line because I live 50 miles from the closest branch. I would especially like to thank Kelly Sisk, the assistant branch manager, for her support. If Wafd ever opens a branch within a convenient distance to my home, I will definitely consider becoming a customer.
