Very pleasant experience with Samantha today. I called the branch and got a same day appointment. Samantha was very informative, had a great personality, and walked me through all of my account concerns. Another woman (boss?) came to check in on me and got me some water! Lovely staff, nice atmosphere, clean building.

I had just gotten paid and my check was put on hold I called to get it all situated, but I was told i needed to go in so I gave it a couple days in case my check cleared but it didn’t. So I went in and the banker said that she can’t tell me why it’s on hold and that i would have to call the back office after days of trying to reach someone in the back office no one got back to me. So I went back in and I was told that it would be available in a week, but couldn’t tell me why. No one there is trying to help me out they are just passing the issue around in hopes it goes away. It is irritating because now the money I need to live off of is on hold and no one will tell me why.

This branch is less than helpful to its customers and has changed thier hours to make sure anybody who works during the week does not have access to a in person banker. After 27 years I will be moving all my money.

Terrible customer service, if you are constantly booked for services like wire transfers maybe find more people or open up your services. The ONLY reason we bank with Wells Fargo is to utilize face to face services like wire transfers or moving large amounts of cash, you are not needed otherwise.I will be taking all my funds out of Wells Fargo ASAP. I should have known they were trouble when it took several business days just to get a "proof of funds letter".

Wells Fargo Fernley has Always been VERY good to us. The bankers who open your accounts are extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely refer people to this bank...

I went to this bank to deposit a large Cashier's Check after the sale of a vehicle.. After the transaction was completed, the young teller, looking down at me stated the funds would be held for one week. When I got home and checked my account online, I had a message from the bank that the funds would not be available for 10 days. So, here I am, physically disabled, with no form of transportation. Nice move, Wells Fargo!

We have been a member for 6 years. Our main bank is in fallon. We own a business and sometimes cash our checks in fernley. Well both times we have its been a hassle. Trying to cash a check and they always give us a reason why they can't cash our check. But in fallon is no problem to help us! Ridiculous. They need new staff. A class on customer services.

Wow! The six extremely beautiful and friendly ladies at Wells Fargo not only were courteous, but went out of their way to point me to a taco stand locally that I'm on my way now. They made my two transactions feel like butter! Way to go ladies! 100 percent agreement among them to send me to the local best Mexican food!! Thank you!!
