This place is great if you dont like walking a mile like other hardware stores. Also, the employees are super helpful and the fastener section is great.

I've been coming here for years because they are the only hardware store in town. Having said that, almost every trip I make to this store is a waste of time, because I end up having to drive to the other Ace or Home Depot anyway. I keep hoping another hardware store opens nearby or somebody else buys this one.
None of the staff have really been rude to me, and some have even been nice. I've even had an instance where one helped me find something.
The store is a mess. Way too many items are out of stock. The items that are in stock are usually in the wrong place. If you manage to find something you are actually looking for, it rarely has a price on it or even posted at it's bin/shelf location.
This whole mess is sad & unfortunate, because I really like other Ace Hardware stores, and I would prefer to do business locally...if only that was possible. Having worked at Ace Hardware for 8 years, I know what it takes: and that starts with caring and decent management.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff but WAY overpriced on most items in the store. They need to be competitive with other local stores and bigger stores and I would definitely shop there before the big chain stores.

Ace offering rewards members a 11 dollar discount on turfbuilder. I called to make sure I didn't need to order it on the app. Talked to Eric on the phone and after he did some research he said I could buy at the store. Drove to Ace and they did not honor the discount. Said they couldn't figure it out. Talked to two Eric's. Horrible Customer Service. I'll never be back. Love to shop local but this is why me and millions use Amazon. So Sad. Update. Amazon charges 4 dollars less for 2 bags. Free Delivery.
