Many tools available. Fair weekend rates. Helpful staff. Free popcorn! Clean and organized store. A real professional operation, and it shows.I'd give one more star + for speedier service, but that might just be the nature of the tool rental business.

Had a flash flood emergency and needed 100 ft of 3" fire hose and about 20 of rigid intake hose to move water across the property. The workers were fast, efficient and even loaned me a few expensive parts to get my trash pump moving water and keeping the flooding from overcoming my mud sill. If I could give them 6 stars I would. Not only did they save the day, they saved me hundreds of dollars

Don't waste your time with them. Made reservation ,called me the day before delivery and said couldn't fill my reservation. Definitely go to their competition.

So promised update to below's post. Called EGO to say I'll take my trimmer back to the Bay Area Ace Hardware I bought it from because I something seemed off to me, do they have to fix it free under contract or something? EGO person said no, and I was about to call you back. The phone number is wrong (I noticed; had to look it up on the net I said) and she not sure if this is an authorized EGO service center. No wonder Paul said THEY DECIDE whether it's a warrenty repair and it darn sure wasn't going to be...
