“My 2019 Chevy 2500 Duramax has been a total money pit from continuously breaking down. The warranty hasn't covered nearly any of the costs from the many trips into the GM dealerships to get repairs done. My latest breakdown was due to a bad transmission cooler and after making an appointment at a local GM dealership in the hopes the fix would be covered by the warranty which it wasn't. I was told the part was ordered and I would have my truck back within a week. After 7 days, I received a call from my service writer saying the dealership couldn't track down the part and had no timetable for when my truck would be fixed. I called Allegiance Diesel and spoke with Tasha and she was so helpful, friendly and got the part ordered and scheduled me for the repair within a few minutes. My truck was fixed within a couple hours of dropping it off and the cost was literally half of what I was quoted from the dealership. Anthony and Vincent took care of the repair and couldn't have done a better job. Allegiance Diesel did an amazing job in a few hours what a dealership couldn't even find a solution to in over a week. From regular maintenance, upgrades, or breakdowns with your diesel do yourself a favor and Call Allegiance Diesel in Gardnerville. I will never take my truck anywhere else. “So there I was, my wife is upset, the car barely got her home, the battery light is on and the dashboard electrical system is flashing in and out of existence. What am I to do, I'm no expert, so I replace the battery. The light is still on, and so it's a bigger problem than I'm able to handle. I do my research and trusted friend identifies this place, through yelp, as a great place to do business. I'm thoroughly in agreement with him. I bring the car down, get the price, and, based on how nicely Katie treats me, I opt into an oil change, oil filter change, and a check of the brakes and one of the tires (that light's on as well).Again, to summarize, the work is done thoroughly, on time, on budget and with incredibly effective and consistent communication. I can't imagine that you'll have any problems, and be sure and say hello to Katie for me. She was great.I've found a new spot for my repairs....”

Just happened to be near this shop and decided to finally have a BMW specialist figure it out. I had no appointment and the shop was busy and I did not expect a quick resolution. But Greg contacted me within a week and he figured it out. I live out of town and this shop is pretty close to me and I am glad I found this place. “The Customer Service was okay, Pat (male manager) in the Auto Department was trying to get a cashier( over the radio) that could refund a Battery for a SUV under warranty, as it came down the customer had to purchase the battery then return the battery with core charges, there just has to be a better way for management to learn the Departments for refunds and not have to over load Customer Service.Over all not enough help in Departments for Customers to feel like they can have a reliable company to help with their purchases, warranty or just to get a question answered.”
