“I was having such problems with my flights due to weather and had to keep rescheduling my rental and Gigi at your Gardenerville office was so polite and helpful. She was also extremely efficient. She carefully explained all details regarding the rental and the car itself. After such a horrible experience with my flights it was such a relief to work with a competent friendly person”
