Had a great experience with the service at Carson Valley Import Auto and have earned my continued business. I brought in my BMW X5 35i for a leak, and from start to finish, the experience was great. Greg and Tony were incredibly professional, friendly, and honest—everything you hope for when trusting someone with your car.
They got me in quickly, communicated frequently with updates, diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed without any unnecessary upsells or pressure. Just straightforward, honest work at a fair price.
Would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy BMW repairs.

I took my bmw there a few years ago and had a great experience with the owner, but then moved and didn't go back until recently and now there is a lady who works there who was nice at 1st, we agreed upon the work that was going to get done and then I showed up a couple days later to get something out of the trunk. when I walked in she didn't even acknowledge me or my son, so i figured ok she's probably just busy.i asked her for the keys so i can get in the trunk and she rolled her eyes at us and was so rude about it as if I was asking for something completely unreasonable. anyway I finally got my key and got what I wanted out of the trunk and went to leave..no good-bye or anything. the worst attitude ever!! she went from being super nice at the beginning to a totally different person that next day. I was so disappointed!! even when I walked away my son asked me why she was being rude. i was so embarrased..I felt totally uneasy about leaving my car there while they finished the work. so When the car was ready, I went and picked it up, paid, and noticed at the bottom of my bill it said..we will no longer be moving forward with any future work on this car!! i couldn't believe what I was reading!! she gave us an attitude and now i'm getting blamed? worst customer service EVER!!
