Inconvenient times. 9am to 5 pm, so why even have a bank then? I guess it’s just another dark pattern to make sure you don’t use your cash.

My previous experience with a big corporation was the day before the bank. My wife's plane was cancelled in Dallas and she had to stay the night at a Hilton. Hilton had poor service booking, poor service at check-in, then they charged her $15 for a tiny deodorant, brush and toothpaste. A big corporation draining your pockets at a moment of weakness. So, when I walked into Chase, I didn't have much hope. Surprise! The service started the moment I walked in the door. The Chase employees were quick to ask me if I needed any help then put me in touch with the right person. I was attended to by the bank manager and was on my way in a few minutes. This was all without an appointment. Great job Gardnerville! I know this type of service is not indicative of all Chase branches. The branches in Phoenix don't answer their phones. Then, when you show up for assistance they tell you that you need an appointment. The Gardnerville branch is different. It feels like they actually care.

Drive through ATM works fine. That's all I needed. Nice to have a branch nearby if I have to talk to a person face to face.

My wife and I found Luis & Martin at the Gardnerville branch very helpful. Call backs & emails were done in a timely fashion. Staff were very friendly. Our final business with Chase was done through corporate in Arizona. That office, however, do not highly recommend.

Call the local Gardnerville branch and was disconnected. When I called back, no one apologized for disconnecting me. The $12 fee was taken out of my checking account fir this month. I had direct deposit within the same month. When I called the bank, They would not give me the $12 back and gave me some BS about the billing cycle. Talk about a nickel and diming me. The branch in Camarillo, California is so much better and they’re willing to work with you. Unfortunately, I did not know that branches were not standard, and picked and chose what they wanted to help you with. I’m questioning the people that work for the Gardnerville, Chase Bank and they’re supposed policy. If they valued me as a customer, they would’ve worked with me and gave me back the $12. I agree, with the other gal that said that Ebeneezer Scrooge runs the bank. I may be thinking about changing banks, I miss the human factor. Banks need to be run by human beings, not robots. Very sad.

This is an extremely bad company it took over a month to get a pink slip. They lied over 10 times. One of there reps told me it was mailed out 3 weeks ago. If you're looking for a good bank do not use Chase!!

I don't have a local bank account in Gardnerville, NV, so I stopped by the Chase Bank because of it's convenient location hoping I could exchange money for three $50.00 bills for Christmas gifts. However, since I didn't have an account there, the very nice teller was only authorized to exchange money for two $50.00 bills. Hmm, that reasoning made no sense to me and the nice teller said it was policy. Anyway, I wonder if Jacob Marley or Ebenezer Scrooge is the bank manager? All my friends are sure to hear my bah-humbug "Christmas Carol" experience at that Chase Bank. Corporate banking without the hometown feel.

I recently ended a near 20 year relationship with Wells Fargo and after doing my research, I decided Chase is who I would bank with next. I went online and opened my accounts. I was emailed by Amanda from their new location in Gardnerville and she asked if she could help with anything. I made an appointment with her for the following week. I was impressed from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by a representative and was immediately escorted to my Banker's office. The interior of the bank was clean, organized, modern, and sleek. It's really nice in there. I also like that with my debit card I am able to access the interior of the bank outside of bank hours and use the ATM that offers denominations other than just $20 bills. Amanda, our Banker, was super friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. She made the process seamless and was the cherry on top of what was initially a hard decision to leave Wells Fargo. Now, we're glad we did and we look forward to long relationship with Chase.

This branch was the most helpful. I had a very hard time opening an account because of a name change. I went rounds with Chase. I finally had the pleasure of working with Jordyn at this branch. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed. At this point I will NEVER leave Chase bank. Thank you to all that helped me!
