The guys here took amazing care of me.
I'm a traveler and got a coolant sensor message.
It is the summer and it's been triple digits, so I wasn't taking any chances.
I got man-splained by the first 2 places I tried.
Double J took care of me right away, in case we needed parts we could get the process moving.
After a thorough inspection and test drive, they found no error messages and absolutely no coolant leaks.
They topped off my fluids and refused to take a payment.
These guys are clearly not looking to rip you off, or they could have put me through all sorts of assessment fees, etc. - not even $5 for the fluid they used to top me off.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Allen and Nicole at Double J Auto, saved me on Friday October 13th. I couldn't find anyone, that could replace my front brakes. I called them Thursday afternoon, and they got me in ASAP on Friday. Come to find out, I needed all 4 rotors and brake pads. My truck was finished by 2:30 pm the same Day, and was reasonably priced. Thank You for everything

Only place in town to fix my Chevy 2500 truck on a Monday. . Cleaned out the exhaust filter and gave great advise to prevent this from happening. Highly recommend Double J.

I would highly recommend Double J Auto for any automotive needs... This business came through for me when I needed it the most! One night while at work I had noticed I was dripping radiator fluid, in a panic because this is my only car to get to work I started searching for mechanics, knowing that mechanics are very backed up and it's hard to get your car in and out in the same day. This was no problem for Double J Auto! They replace the radiator and thermostat and had to be back on the road and to work on time... Extremely knowledgeable staff, the kind of customer service I had forgotten about and it was nice to revisit that kind of service again. Even though it was an expensive repair, it was less painful seeing how fast they were able to turn it around knowing how busy shops are nowadays. I was referred to them by coworkers and they were spot on! They definitely earned a new customer today and they will definitely earn my business in the future.Having a reliable mechanic that you can trust is extremely hard to fine. You can go on YouTube and see nothing but mechanic scams all day long. But the folks at Double J Auto are the mechanics that you can trust and rely on. I'm sure they won't be able to always turn it around in the same day, but at least I will be in good hands and so will you!!

My daughter's friend came to visit, the following morning after she arrived we noticed her car was leaking oil. After calling almost every auto business in the area, being told they were booked out for months we came to Double J. They said they could take a look and see what was up. We were very grateful!After only being in their shop for about an hour maybe an hour and a half. They called with a price quote of 3,000$. Her only paying 5,000$ for the car we were like :/... So we did some more calling around to get a second opinion. Found another mechanic that was able to look at it. He had the car for a little more than a day... He came back and said it definitely wasn't what this place said was wrong and gave us an estimate for 150$ Needless to say! I am very upset! I feel because of our gender and lack of knowledge about vehicles. We were absolutely targeted for advantage!! This place should be ashamed and doesn't deserve even 1 star!
