“Amazing.
UPS’ 800 number for customer service stated that my children’s homeschool curriculum were considered “lost” since it wasn’t scanned for an update for over 34 hours (called multiple times to see is anyone can figure out what happened to my packages (7) in transit and they knew less than I did; for some odd reason.)
I wanted answers since the last scan was “loaded into truck” so I contacted this store (UPS store #7141) because unfortunately Minden, NV’s UPS doesn’t have a front desk (it’s just a warehouse distribution center) and an employee named Amber was such a help via. phone and e-mail.
After our phone call I e-mailed her as was conversed and she followed up with me via e-mail later on the day stating she will converse with one of their drivers.
The next morning, by the grace of God and this store, I received a phone call (I unfortunately do not remember if it was Amber or another woman) stating that they located my packages and were making sure it was sent out and delivered that day.
That day upon delivery, the UPS driver that delivered our packages saw my children and I walking towards our door and stated that he delivered our packages and not to worry anymore.
The way they went above and beyond was awesome and I am thankful for such hard working individuals like them. It is people like these individuals that deserve a raise!”
