Smith's Pharmacy is a busy but helpful and pleasant place to shop. The pharmacy offers great prices and greater customer-care, with employees who are happy to check in the back for items and who very nicely struggle to help even when systems are down. The cashiers are always friendly and quick. The store's aisles are kept clean and clear, items are replenished, and there is good teamwork. The business provides free WiFi, which is good because cellular service in that area of Waterloo is very weak. The outside gas station is tidy with neat pumps and no garbage, featuring reasonable prices and easy access. The outside air in the area is for the most part really pleasant. Smith's is a conveniently located and nice place to shop.
Love the staff and prices! Their self checkouts are super easy to use and I love that lol!

This is a wonderful pharmacy if you can survive long enough for them to fill your prescription, which often takes 4 days or more.
Whoever is in charge needs to be sent down a level or two because this pharmacy is failing. Switching to Walmart

I waited in line one hour to be told it wasn’t started and they needed another hour. The lady LAUGHED when I told her I’d already waited an hour. Laughed! The lady in front of me was back because they gave her the wrong medicine for a two year old!!!!!!! Switching pharmacies.
