Little disorganized and lack of customer service

The pharmacy is one of the most mismanaged that I have ever experienced. You call and they put you on hold and never come back or just never answer the phone. When I called store management, they recommended I come in. After wasting 1.5 hours of travel time round trip, I received aloof treatment from the pharmacist, Marcy. A tremendous waste of time and honestly not the first bad experience that I have had here. I also hear other customers talking about how the pharmacy is ran as I’m waiting in line each time. With so many other choices on where I get medication and groceries, why would I tolerate behavior and customer service that’s not worth it? I’ve been a loyal Kroger family customer for 20 years. Marcy, I’m sure the local stores that get my business will be a lot happier and better to deal with than you. One professional to another, great job mismanaging your pharmacy and losing a loyal customer. It’s not the answer that you gave me that I disliked, it’s how you’ve consistently treated me and the service you don’t provide.

The deli lady wasn’t really that helpful. When asked a question she answered as if she was being bothered.

Im used to the big Fred Meyer stores but this store is great for groceries and their produce has been good. We havent had any problems with rotten or bad food.

KARA gets a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. My wife had an unusual thing happen at self-check out. She pulled out her debit card to pay..and the card flipped out of her hand. My wife called KARA over & she helped her look for her debit card. No where to be found on the floor. KARA even helped my wife go through her bags..asking permission first. Nothing. Then..KARA walked away..and quickly came back with a register key..and opened up the scanning screen..and there was my wife's debit card. Stuck in the screen..on its side. My wife was *overjoyed* she didn't have to report a lost debit card, cancel it & wait a week for a new card in the mail.
Because...KARA made the extra effort as a Smith's employee. Thank you, Kara.

I had to stand in line for over forty minutes for2 prescriptions, they are slow.They don't care they're rude and the mailPharmacist said he was a hard boss.That's why all his people are gone.Not something I think you should boast about

Make sure you have the app to get digital coupons. Otherwise you will pay full price if you see it’s a digital coupon on the tag.
I love Smiths and the deals but don’t like some of the customer service at the self checkout. One gal acts like your burdening her when your machine says call the attendant. She worked on Sunday 7/5/25 at about 1pm. I’m tired of being treated like it’s a hassle. No smile, no friendliness, no thank you… just plain rude! Customer service is a very big thing now days and she definitely needs an updated lesson on how to treat customers. Maybe she should work the back room.
