Their service was great. I called in the afternoon and got in first thing the next morning for a leaky tire. If it's fixed quickly while I waited, the shop was clean friendly and I will be back.

I went in for a tire repair, they were great and repaired the tire and completely checked other items on my vehicle ( without me asking) who does that? I will be taking my vehicle there in the future

I have been a loyal customer here for many years and have generally had a great experience. However, I don’t think I can continue to come here. I had an appointment a few weeks ago for a tire rotation and when I showed up was told it would be 4-5 hours as they were behind from the previous day and were short staffed, so I left. I walked in this morning to drop it off to get the rotation and was told they were again short staffed and couldn’t do it today. It’s become too much of a headache to get a simple service done. I went to another shop and got right in. I really hope they can work out their staffing/scheduling issues.

Kyle and Nathan were amazing. Shower the system sucks. We were placed on hold and after five minutes it hangs up.

Wow, how is this place even still open?
Apparently at this place it's OK for them to take your car and not touch it all day but the customer ahead of you is thanking them for squeezing them in... Customers who make appointments are just as important as ones who walk in.
I was given a 3.5 hour window for when it would be done, no updates were given, when I showed up I had to stand back in line for them to acknowledge me just to say that it's somehow third in line still when i got there in the morning...
Please at all costs avoid doing business here or you will regret it... I have friends and family with similar stories (or worse : lied to about needing repair)
