They make up rules as they go. Took 6 mo+ to get a mailbox key. Because they held it up at the counter. Once the paperwork went through it was 2 days. Can't get a package delivered at all. Even though they mark it delivered. You can't call directly as the phone lines must be on silence. I'm off grid so I get very little mail. And my DMV is going on 50/50 I'll get my renewals. Just terrible service all around and we are stuck with them. By far the worst post office I have ever been too. And their hours don't match the web.

This place is horrible, I was told “ package held at carrier for pickup “ I went in the next day to get it and the lady told me it wasn’t there. She didn’t even ask for my name , address, or tracking number. I hauled three kids there, one being an infant to get this package. She told me it might be delivered or to come back later and it “ might “ be there… I insisted she go look for me so she asked for my address and then walked to the back and stood there for a few seconds and came back . She told me it’s not there and “ that’s just the way it is” she also told me the driver isn’t there yet . I don’t know if she knew that I could see her the entire time and knew she didn’t look. So please explain to me how the package isn’t there but the driver hasn’t shown up for work? So you guys are blatant liars and really don’t care about your job. Even if the answer was “ it’s on a truck and processing “ I could accept just SOMETHING. But being lazy and rude…. Like come on. No I will not bring my three children back for your incompetence and laziness but you can make sure the package Ends Up on my door. To the lady working at 8:30am in the morning on 3/24/25 with brown hair… do better and be a little more kind life is already hard enough let’s not make it harder for each other.

Customer service from the post master is horrible. THEY scanned my packages ready for pick up and told me they aren't going through the bins to get them. I need to wait for a redelivery. But then why tell me it's there?. Unbelievable how much of a waste of time this location is. And they wonder why people rather use anyone else but usps for their services

I was notified my package was left at carrier, it was 3pm. I went in and informed the lady up front it was there, she told me “no it isn’t” without knowing my name or address. When I showed my notification she said the drivers were going out for a second load with it, I know this is a lie as I have worked at the same place for 20 years and usps has NEVER delivered twice in one day. These employees are lazy and rude and ruined my weekend as I needed my medical supplies and had to drive 2 hours to get them. They were at the postal office, another person actually looked a few days later and said it had been there since the original notification I got.

At the Topaz Casino rv park, left instructions to deliver at the General Store and 2 packages are missing says delivered to mail box? Can't they follow instructions. Disappointed for sure

I have never encountered a rude employee. They are always very helpful. The mailbox delivery is still shorthanded, but are doing the best they can.

Most employees are quite helpful and cheerful. They offer the best the USPS has to offer in terms of speed, insurance and proof of delivery.

Every singe Amazon package is always delayed 2-3 days from the original delivery date. At times I'll have a package pending a delivery scan that never gets delivered and they don't update the status until the next morning. Have had packages returned to sender without them even attempting to find out or contact the recipient. Worst post office service ever!!

4/8/2023First time stopping in at the post office..I would love to do a road trip visiting the small towns and taking pics of the buildings .You could see the employees loading up the mail.

Changed my review from 1 star after speaking with post master today Bill. He's new to the office but he is working hard to get this shortage of drivers fixed. Im hopeful that after he can get drivers trained my review will go to 5stars . I'm still waiting to see & hopeful that they'll get it all fixed soon.
