Really annoyed with whoever is delivering the mail. I haven’t been getting any mail when it says it’s delivered and now I’m waiting on my son’s birthday packages that were supposed to have been delivered on yesterday ON his birthday. They just never showed up. Then this morning it said it’s out for delivery all morning and now it says I “the customer” requested for them to take it back to the office and hold for me to pick up. Really frustrating considering It’s a small package that could have easily been placed on my porch just like all the other big small and medium packages have been before with the other mail carrier guy. No issues and they were always here. No reason for this to happen with whoever’s been delivering lately. I have work and don’t have the time for a run around which is why I ordered my sons birthday gift in the first place instead of going in store myself. Huge inconvenience and completely defeated the purpose of ordering online.

I messed up when I mailed a pkg from Star ID to my daughter in Gardnerville. I called the local branch and spoke to Alex. She assured me she would watch out for it and make the necessary correction and not to worry. The package was delivered today...a day early...and I cannot express how thankful I am for the personalized care and professionalism this young lady showed. Thank you Alex for following through for me. You are much appreciated!!!

Whoever is doing the routes should be fired. Complete morons that deliver mail at 10:00pm at night and say they delivered parcels when they clearly haven't and show up days later. Unacceptable.

Mail carriers should have to abide by posted speed limits on private roads. Our road is posted at 5 MPH and was told by the carrier, "I don't have time for this, I am authorized for 15 MPH" We have children and pets on a dirt road. This is the first time this has happened. If they cannot be respectful of our private road, they can leave the packages at the boxes along the road.

I have had many hold ups on my mail. Then I heard the woman who runs the facility intentionally holding our mail. My neighbor had to go collect her mail after waiting more than a week for biopsy results.

Neil is the absolute worst. Rude! He literally said the Kimmerling Post office is not a "Real Post Office". (yet we pay his salary) Apparently this means customer service is not required. In addition, I continually receive mail that does belong to me. If a small package will not fit within the box, the carrier leaves the mail box door open and uses a rubber band to attach the package on the outside of the box.When I brought this to his attention, Neil said " Not my problem. I don't deliver the mail". He then turned and walked away.I have had 2 packages returned to sender, without any notice to me. The reason given to me is that I, the recipient, was unknown to the carrier...although we have lived at the same address for over 25 years.

The mail guy is lazy. He drives on the wrong side of the road and always wearing his headphones or air pods on both ears. This young man can cause an accident and the post office would be liable for his incompetence. Half the time he would not deliver the mail and the other half he would deliver it after 5 pm and leave a note in the mail box saying your mail box had no access but really, you just put a note in the box. This young guy is unprofessional and should find another job somewhere else.

Multiple packages with tracking updated to delivered, still have not received. This isn't the first time this has happened and probably won't be the last. Use a different shipping option whenever available.
