“This is a rustic, no frills hotel located in the heart of downtown Gardnerville. Location is everything!! Clean, excellent service, quiet. Small fridge and small microwave in room, coffee service in the lobby. The town itself is full of great friendly people.”

“I had a very positive experience during my recent stay. The front desk staff went above and beyond, especially when I realized I had accidentally left some personal items behind. The clerk located them quickly and arranged to have them shipped back to me, which I really appreciated.
There was a noisy patron one evening, but the staff handled the situation promptly and professionally.
