Pharmacy counter staff are great. The ability to fill prescriptions in a timely manner is abysmal. Many trips back and forth to find out again a drug is out of stock or not filled yet. 2 weeks to get a critical drug filled and another 2 weeks for an important drug. Unexceptionable!!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. You can’t rely on them to get your prescriptions in a timely manner and one of their employees hung up on my husband when he was questioning when his heart medication would be in. Completely unprofessional & obviously not managed very well.

I love my local Walgreens in Gardnerville. It's located in such a beautiful shopping center near Lampe Park. They always have good prices on cereal and they always carry my specific brand of electronic cigarette refills. I love the pharmacist I have complicated prescriptions and they give me no hassle each time is a pleasant visit at the store. The cashiers are wonderful and nice great service at this place.

The pharmacy is terrible!! I was on hold for 45 mins and patiently waited till I was next then they answered and said hold on and hung up on me. Now I’m on the phone again with more than 3 callers ahead of me. Something needs to be done about this because this is ridiculous

This pharmacy SUCKS. They don’t like answering the phone so they put you on hold over and over again without saying a word and then they hang up on you. They send you a text saying your medications are ready, and when you go to pick them up they don’t even have them and have to order them. They’re rude, incompetent and they waste your time. This is the worst pharmacy in the whole valley. I hope they get shut down.
