Rude. Pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to administer a shingle shot because they had new carpet going in and he couldn’t get to the refrigerator. Seriously? They were all standing around watching carpet going in and turning away customers. If your a business, isn’t the logical thing to do is have the carpet replaced after business hours? I drove 58 miles as my insurance recommended CVS only to be turned away. No, I will never go back.

Even after bringing it to their attention sometimes I get my prescriptions by mail and other times they don’t send them out. I’ve decided to get my medication’s and a more professionally run Pharmacy.

They usually let me pick up my prescription a few days early for convenience. And now they won’t let me refill until the day after. I’ll be snowboarding most of this week and now I have to change my plans for whenever they decide to refill my medication

Technically and Legally an OK pharmacy, generally professional with mediocre to OK customer service. Maybe they're under-staffed, but Rx's sent electronically from Dr office are slow to be filled, refills requested through Walmart's own app tend to take 48hrs, if you drop off written Rx in person they tend to do 2 testy things - they take great pride in finding nitpicky issues with the way Dr wrote the script and FYI if they say they'll have it ready in 20 or 30 minutes it will be at least an hour and they will fail to text you that it's ready until hours later after you've picked it up and gone home. If they fixed the customer service issues they could be ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5stars.

There was only one review for this Walmart and it's bad. I almost got my prescription filled elsewhere. But it's the closest pharmacy so I figured I'd risk it. The person who left the bad review complained about the wait time. So I had my doctor call in the prescription. Then I called the pharmacy to find out how long it would be (both people I talked to were great!). About 15 min later, I got a call saying it was ready. I drove down there, waited in line about 10 minutes, paid for my meds and I was out of there. Fantastic! I don't think I've ever had an easier time getting a prescription filled! Just call in the order, wait until you know it's ready, then go get it. Easy! The staff was lovely!

Unethical and unprofessional.

Staff is friendly enough but plan on extra time if you're dropping off a prescription for the same day. We were initially told it would be ready in an hour and after sitting for over an additional hour it was ready.

I no longer trust this pharmacy. After receiving an email saying my husbands medicine was ready to be picked up I went into the pharmacy. There was a very long line. I thought about walking out and coming back later but my husband was in the car waiting and he was in pain and needed his medicine. He has only been home from the hospital a short time. When I finally got up to the counter I was told there were no prescriptions for him. When I got home I called Walmart. I was told they did have a prescription ready for him to be picked up. They said there must have been a computer glitch when I was just there. My husband is very sick. Mistakes like these make our lives even harder. What this means is I will have to get my ill husband back in the car and run down to Walmart for a second time. I don't like leaving him alone at this point. The clerk was so emphatic. When I started to question it she just got more determined. In other words I couldn't get her to double check. At this point her only concern was to terminate the conversation because the line was very long and she had to wait on the next customer. All of my husband's doctors use this place and it will be an effort to change to another one. I just can't get that woman's voice out of my head, there's no medicine here for your husband. Move a long so we can wait on the next customer. My husband was in the car waiting that whole time and then I had to go out and tell him they didn't have his medicine. And I noticed the same person who told me that they had no medicine for my husband also did the same thing to another man a head of me in line. He looked very confused too. Now I do want to say I am writing this review while I am still very upset. In the past they have been fine but this time they were horrible.
