“I was staying in Genoa this past week. My first day, I stopped in because I saw online that they had precious stone rings and I wanted to buy myself one. The owner was incredibly kind and patient as I tried on several different rings. He was very knowledgeable about the different stones and where they were sourced. I ended up purchasing a labradorite ring that was adjustable and he sized it for me on the spot. I have a few different stone rings already, but I can tell that the quality of stone in my ring from here is higher than the rings that I already own. In the past 4 days of owning this ring, I have already received a handful of compliments on it. So if you are looking for a gift for a loved one or just something special for yourself, this is the place to shop!”

“Found Round Hill Jewelers driving back from Sand Harbor. I walked in just to browse their selection. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of different pieces they had within the store. We purchased a pair of diamond earrings and they're absolutely perfect. Marcie, the nice lady who worked at Round Hill Jewelers was kind, inviting and made us feel comfortable. Buying jewelry is a big decision and it always helps when the person who works there is open to asking questions. She made the buying experience more personal. “I recently relocated from CA to Minden in October 2021. My 40 yr. old Seiko wrist watch needed a battery which is the only thing besides cleaning, that I have done to the watch in all those years. Mr. Van Rensselaer checked the watch and could see no reason for the watch to stop. He put in a battery and it started up again. When I put it on my wrist, he noticed that it slipped done my arm to my wrist. He asked it that was the way I wore it. I said no. He asked where I was use to wearing it and I showed him. He removed one link and put it back on my wrist. He said he should remove one more to get the right fit. He did so and it fit like the first day my wife bought it some 40 years ago. Like they say " it took a licking (over 40 years) and kept on ticking ". He even showed me how the links were removed in case I would ever re- install them. I will definitely go back to him in the future if this heirloom needs service.”
“Loved this little store. Was lured in by the idea of a maker’s market, and it was what I had hoped for. The front of the store was super cute and offered many options for assorted gifts, art supplies, cards. The back of the store held many options of yarn. The entire place was super cute, and the girl behind the counter was so nice.If you are in search of a Tahoe themed gift, locally sourced art or just some little trinkets for stocking stuffers, I would highly recommend this place. They also had some high quality art supplies and crafting kits for people who would be considered ‘beginner.’”
