Me and my family were headed down to Vegas for Thanksgiving from gardnerville and we made it just past the lake before our car started having electrical problems. Limped it to this napa expecting to have to pay a lot but to my surprise Jared was there and was extremely happy to help. Tested the battery and alternator came up with ideas and we both figured out the problem. He brought his tools and helped fix my problem and got us back on the road without any other hiccups. Im so thankful for this napa and especially Jared being incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 customer service and 100 percent recommend this napa.”
