“I cannot say enough good things about this motel. The manager at the front desk was extremely nice & personable. The motel is older but is kept immaculately. No trash/cigarette butts outside. Nice sitting area with tables & benches. A laundry room. Rooms are exceptionally clean and kept up. My sheets were sparkling white with no stains. They have a microwave & refrigerator. Plenty of soap, shampoo/conditioner and even lotion. Bathroom/shower was so clean. I've stayed at motels that cost a lot more than this and they weren't this clean. And they allowed my dogs. I travel from Phoenix to Reno frequently. This place will be my stay over in Hawthorne from now on. Thank you so much!”

“Pretty good food for this town. I had the chicken fried steak with a salad and mashed potatoes. Everything was delicious, except the overcooked vegetables that came with it. It looked understaffed with my poor waitress running from table to table with no time to help everyone, so expect to wait a little.”
“There are a few options for motels in Hawthorne but most of them seem like they’ve seen better days. The Travelodge felt like the best option when I was looking online and after driving through the town it looked like we made the right choice. The room was quiet and comfortable and offered everything needed to get a good rest. There was an outdoor pool available that kids were enjoying while we were there. There was no breakfast available which I knew when I made reservations. The parking lot was full of construction pickups and there didn’t seem to be much to do in town so this felt like a stopover town. We did have a good pizza from Old Nevada Pizza which was probably the highlight of the overnight stay in Hawthorne. Overall the Travelodge provided the good nights sleep we needed on our long trip home”
