If I could put a negative star I would for this customer representative
Since when is someone only allowed in four times in one day. This cashier just kicked my sought out. For going and trying to get me my request. I know this cashier that works swing is not always happy. But that don’t give her the ok to take ou on customers. Yes we all have bad days. But what it don’t matter what color your skin is #ShesVeryRUDEtoOtherNomatterWhatSheDoesnotrealize the we are the ones helping her get that weekly pay check!!!!
So cashier just remember that the more you kick ppl out the more customers you loose. The less likely of you keeping your job all because business has slowed down that bad, of your nasty attitude!!!!

I have worked at different 7-11’s and other convent stores also. So I know how important customer service is!!!

Convenient and easy. Usually always has what I need for quick shop trips. A bit pricy but the ease of it makes up for the costly bills. Nice employees and not bad for gambling. I'm usually lucky! ?

My boyfriend had one of the worst experiences of his life in this store (711 at 84 Picific ave) today (July 14th 2023 6:07am) He took a video of the whole experience. These 2 employees should absolutely be fired for the behavior/actions. I called the store to get the store manager name n the same employee hung up on me. We will contact the manager at 9 am n inform him n show him the video of how my boyfriend was treated n see how he responds to the situation. The only outcome should be he fires those 2 employees unless he wants his store represented in such a manner.Lisa Carlisle

Everytime i go in there , to get cigarettes for my neighbor , they never have his cartons , not even 10 pack's sticked to make a carton . That Katrina , has no customer service skills at all . I got a sandwich for my neighbor , went to get me 2 beers and she's watching me . No need to ever watch me . I had to put my bill in the slot machine to get change for my purchase . She laid my change on the counter , which i deem , highly disrespectful and unprofessional . I worked c-stores for 13 year's and i would never do that . I had to wait until , she got through texting on her phone , to get my change and pay for my purchase . No customer should ever , have to wait until a cashier get's through texting . She's very nasty and rude . And she look's to be very unclean . I wouldn't eat anything that she has to prepare . She needs a pushing up people class , customer service etiquette class . She has none of this . They shouldn't be allowed to have their cell phone's near the registers, and customer's have to wait . Very , disrespectful and unprofessional . I spend at least $60-80 , everytime i shop there . She's a nast , rude sales associate .

My experiences at 7-Eleven have all been positive sometimes they don't have what I need but that's okay most times they do even things that I don't need they have and they're very very friendly I appreciate everything they do thank you
