This 7-Eleven store is located on Gibson and Warm Springs in Henderson, in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the area. The location is described as a great little store but is also characterized as a place seemingly lost to time, without much progress over the last 30 years. The area is noted for having a lot of lower middle class residents and multiple generations of families. Customer service experiences at the store are mixed. Some reviews describe the staff as friendly, while others report significant issues. Several customers cite rude employees who do not greet people, with specific mention of one employee often on their phone at the register and another who appears constantly mad. It is noted that the female employees are more attentive. A specific complaint involves a night staff lady with a side ponytail who allegedly tried to double charge for an item that was already paid for and then complained about receiving attitude from the customers. The feedback concludes with a call for better customer service, stating it can make a difference.
Night staff lady with side ponytail complained we gave her attitude when she tried to double charge us on an item, that we already payed for.

First time in this location as we just moved to the area. I was happy with the store (typical 7-eleven) but not so much with the customer service I received this Sunday morning. Sadly that's all it takes to lose new customers, I'll be driving the extra mile for my shopping.
