Just now a lady I believe was from India descent was extremely rude talk on her phone while I was trying to check out and ask questions she ignored me and continued to talk on her phone and when I asked her something she snapped at me and said I'm not talking to you.
Seemed very shady and uncomfortable

Coffee... The only negative is they don't have enough condiments for the coffee

None of the coffee was made, when I asked about it the cashier was extremely rude and then just walked off. Horrible service to go with the dirty building and homeless people outside asking for money.

This store can't seem to find a management team that is capable of running that store efficiently. The staff changes constantly, they're always out of something and it's usually in disarray.

I have always chosen to come to this store even though there are closer stores to my house because the service has always been stellar... Today I have to say that was not the case... Many times I have come in and looked at the time stamps on the pizza and many times it is 2 or more hours past the sell by time... Today was no different... I have asked for fresh pizza when they have old pizza that was the type I get (pepperoni) no problem they have always made fresh no problem... Today however all they had in the box was cheese so I simply asked for pepperoni pizza to be made... The person behind the counter threw a fit telling me she thinks I just want fresh pizza and what are they going to do with the rest of the pizza that I was not buying... (I bought half of the pizza) And my response was no if I wanted fresh pizza I would have asked for that as it has never been a problem in the past even the owner (That's who I was told they were) has made me fresh pizza when it was past the sell by time no problem... She responded back "Well I'm going to do it this time but I'm not going to do it again I usually just sell what's there"... First off the sell by time exists for a reason... Second off I don't eat plain cheese pizza... And Third off that was a completely off the wall response for no reason...

There is an extremely rude old blue haired lady there who came up to me without identifying herself and started yelling at me to remove my hood on a cold rainy day while I'm inside so the cameras can see me. He name is Bree(I asked on my way out). It was extremely rude and jarring to be treated like a criminal or something when I'm just popping by to use the ATM and browse the other items. She was super aggressive and I feel like it was unwarranted. This place doesn't feel like America anymore.

I stopped in for 1 reason and 1 reason only. COFFEE!!! Not just ur regular coffee, but the ESPRESSO coffee that you pay $3.25 for an iced 3 (three) shots espresso at Starbucks. I paid $1.69 for 4 (four) espresso shots on ice at this 7-11. I could've filled the cup to the top, but I grew up being taught to take only what you need. I'm 71 years young and I walk every day either on a treadmill or outdoors. After my walk, I use the fitness center to lift weights. In order for me to do all this, I need the umf. The espresso does the job quite well. BTW, not all 7-11 have this particular coffee dispensing machine. So kudos to this 7-11. I'll be stopping in for my get-up and go energy drink before I walk my 3+ miles around Cadence Central Park.

The cashiers are great what’s better is the environment right outside the store like drug and alcohol use. The guys out front go behind the building to urinate. Just the corner store vibes for this type of neighborhood.
