Ive lived in this area for years and avoid this place. I recently tried to give it another chance as it is the most convenient for me, but there is an employee here who chased me out of the store a few years back because he was having a bad day, talked to me with all the disgust and anger in the world when asking " what do you want", and when i asked to pay for my gas he got upset for no reason. Told me i must be here for drugs, then proceeded to follow me out of the store pretending to be on the phone with the police even tho i didnt buy anything, had no merchandise on me, and was trying to get away from him because he was clearly in the middle of a mental breakdown. Well here we are years later and hes still working here. Still being rude and highly condescending to the point of making every interaction uncomfortable. I dont know what his issue is. But he clearly has a big one. I wish management would've done something about him years ago when i 1st complained. His name tag says "jessie" but im not sure thats his name. I remembered a different name tag years ago. But i definitely remember his face. Its sunday the 28th around 12pm. And there are 2 men working, one tall, and slim, with a hat, its not him, its the other guy. Super strange, super awkward, condescending but trying to disguise it as being kind. He should not be dealing with people. His behavior is scary.
Just went back to the last time i complained and i think his name is CHARLES, just using somebody elses name tag.

I went into 711 to get some lunch while they were making my food. I put $10 in 1 other machines. The money got stuck and jammed in the machine I said for call attendant went up there and let them know and they said they would have to call gaming to come out. Retrieve my money. I told them I couldn't wait and that I would come return after work. I went after work and they told me. Oh, they didn't find any money in the machine so I said yes, I put money in the machine. The young lady behind the counters so that she would look at the cameras, so she went in. The bag looked at the cameras and said. Yes, we will see you putting money in the machine within 2 seconds. You're getting out coming up to the counter and letting us know that the machine took your money. Still have not returned my money and have not returned my phone calls. So I went back 2 7 11 again. The gentleman there told me that he was going to look into it and he had to call gaming. It's been 3 weeks now. I still don't have my money returned to me. I still don't. I have an idea when I'm gonna get my money. Return to me. And I think that the people by reading the other reviews are the ones that are stealing the money, the workers there. I don't care what anybody says. It shouldn't take 3 weeks for them to review and give me my money back.

Mentally ill employees. They just walk away from the register and make you wait wait wait. And don't complain about the poor service or they will cuss at you screw this store.

It SUCKS that one of the managers (im guessing) only allows herself to load cards... ESPECIALLY WHEN SHE ONLY WORKS 2 DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK. like, what? ?

Employee Charles is very very rude .He have no respect for customers and He treating customers like Slavers and He doesn’t care about customer service and respect.

The employee Charles here will call you a thief and throw you out if you put iced coffee in a double extra large cup. Offered to pay whatever he thought was reasonable and he marched around including other customers, another employee, and showing me the different ounce amount on each cup. Regular customer here until now. Aggressive Insane person behind the register is not worth it, go to the 711 down the street.

Charles needs a big lesson on customer service. My husband had a voucher that was not expired and was clearly written 90 days on the ticket for the free car wash. Charles argued saying that he can't tell if it is expired or not and to come back tomorrow because his manager wasn't in. After my husband pointed out that it truly says 90 days, the conversation quickly turned aggressive. Charles said, "You just need to go- get out" - clearly lacking customer service skills and kind words. My husband, shocked- briefly walked out but still really needed the car wash so he went right back in and spoke with the other coworker and paid for the car wash. My husband told the coworker that "Charles needs to watch how he speaks with guests." Once Charles heard my husband, he then proceeded to kick him out and followed him to the door saying "He is calling the cops for trespassing and you are never allowed here again." This is so ridiculous and there was no need for the disrespect that occurred. Clearly, other customers have had similar interactions with him. This guy needs a real talking to. We know the owner of Smogeez and I don't think they would be happy that 7-11 is turning customers away for their business. We will not be going to this location ever again, but we do love Smogeez!! They are kind and always ready to help.

Typically I can get in and out quickly. Which I can appreciate. They don't carry by brand of cigarettes anymore for some reason though. Beer is always cold and cashiers friendly.
