Employee Charles is very very rude .He have no respect for customers and He treating customers like Slavers and He doesn’t care about customer service and respect.

The employee Charles here will call you a thief and throw you out if you put iced coffee in a double extra large cup. Offered to pay whatever he thought was reasonable and he marched around including other customers, another employee, and showing me the different ounce amount on each cup. Regular customer here until now. Aggressive Insane person behind the register is not worth it, go to the 711 down the street.

Charles needs a big lesson on customer service. My husband had a voucher that was not expired and was clearly written 90 days on the ticket for the free car wash. Charles argued saying that he can't tell if it is expired or not and to come back tomorrow because his manager wasn't in. After my husband pointed out that it truly says 90 days, the conversation quickly turned aggressive. Charles said, "You just need to go- get out" - clearly lacking customer service skills and kind words. My husband, shocked- briefly walked out but still really needed the car wash so he went right back in and spoke with the other coworker and paid for the car wash. My husband told the coworker that "Charles needs to watch how he speaks with guests." Once Charles heard my husband, he then proceeded to kick him out and followed him to the door saying "He is calling the cops for trespassing and you are never allowed here again." This is so ridiculous and there was no need for the disrespect that occurred. Clearly, other customers have had similar interactions with him. This guy needs a real talking to. We know the owner of Smogeez and I don't think they would be happy that 7-11 is turning customers away for their business. We will not be going to this location ever again, but we do love Smogeez!! They are kind and always ready to help.

Typically I can get in and out quickly. Which I can appreciate. They don't carry by brand of cigarettes anymore for some reason though. Beer is always cold and cashiers friendly.

All the employees are great except Charles. He lacks customer service 110% and needs some more training at it. .

I got a 20 stuck in the machine here Hillary Clinton's brother told me to get out of the store and I just called the police so I could try and get my 20 back it was worth me and him and waste of time

There people that work at this store are slow and ghetto..OMG, This review was for a differant 7-11. THIS 7-11 IS awesome, I have never had any issues. I appologize to THIS 7-11 store, u guys have always been awesome. I apologize for my mistake

Be carful the Manager Suzanne will steal your money and not even return a call. she STOLE $100.69 from us and said it was an error by one of her employees. She admitted the error but has done nothing about it!

I have observed Manager Suzanne Ziegler’s operations at this 7-eleven for YEARS. I’ve contacted the BBB and reported her and store incident recently. She refuses to come to the store for ANY EMERGENCIES/ ISSUES. The store lost POWER, and she left a 19 yr old employee in charge and refused to show up to the store. When she does come to the store, numerous occasions she’s WASTED, with alcohol. She treats her staff poorly, and still waiting for contact from a FINAL incident involving her, and GAMING Board. The OWNER of this 7-eleven should be investigated for keeping someone employed like this….. Further action is being taken due to THEFT from customer, and not following up with proper protocols in ongoing issues.
