If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I’ve never been spoken down too by an attendant like that in my life. There was a simple miscommunication over which pump I was on and the lady proceeded to make it this whole deal, talking down to me and making hand gestures at me as if I was an idiot.
Just plain rude. She snarled at me telling me I needed to listen even though I didn’t even say anything to interrupt her. It felt like she was taking all of her issues out on me. Getting gas took me 20 minutes over a simple miscommunication, and I left feeling like garbage because of the terrible service. I’ve been around quite a while and I’ve NEVER been treated like that from ANY line of work. This location and all other 7/11 locations have lost my business FOREVER. DO NOT GET GAS HERE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I'm here 7:40pm on March 1st 2025. The lady has given the worst experience ever. I used to work in the center St and lake Mead location. Unacceptable. I get it.. it's 711.. but there are standards.

There on 12/24/2024, I was going to buy a whole large pizza, and many other items, fill up the car as well, when after getting my pizza in the oven by the Asian lady at the cashier counter, she was yelling at me from across the cashier counter while helping another customer who seemed to be confused with her hollering at me in broken Chinese and English.
I could not understand what she was saying, so i had to raise my voice while shopping for the other items. She seemed to get mad at me and accusing me of "trying to get her in trouble" because i had a hard time understanding her.
This lady is just mean imo. I avoid this store because of her.

sigh.. to think that I’d leave here with a full stomach I was driving on my way from school a student hungrier than ever I looked over to the driver and said I could eat a horse. my driver responded maybe an elephant too. then SKADOOSH we saw the deals of all deals our prayers have been answered we hit the brakes and pulled in to what we all know as 711. it sounded like an angel singing to us reaching out their hand for us to take. the $5 new bigger slices pizza plus drink meal deal. way to take the deal out of meal. not only was there no slices pre made but they didn’t even have a diverse selection it was all meat hands on deck or no meat walk the plank. I was too scared to make such a commitment so I chose to swim with the sharks some may say, waiting for cheese pizza I chose a drink sprite coke or Dr Pepper they said what if I wanted to do the dew. my history teacher would be very shocked cultureshocked and disappointed at the lack of diversity this place provides. waiting several hours the mouse already ran up the clock there was no hickory Dickory dock. finally my pizza came out some may say I had a smile like a kid on Christmas Day ( happy holidays btw) then little did I know that smile would soon be taken away from my face once the lady showed me my two slices. I’m unsure what your idea of bigger is, because when I think big im thinking BIG but these workers are greedy greedy greedy did I say GREEDY because I mean greedy I got slices the size of their husbands on soft. needless to say I didn’t wanna pay but I was going to anyWAY. the workers didn’t even know how to insert the price and when they did the total came to 5.60.. SIX ZERO. 711 really did their big one talk about rage bait. I’m furious the wrong sizes and wrong price. they even took the opportunity for me to get my drink for free away from me as I saw on the screen the opportunity to and the woman quickly got rid of it. I left 0 dollars in my pocket sitting in my car downing a small slice of pizza and stuck feeling like I still have an empty stomach matter a fact I could eat a whole zoo now. this enraged me my eyes glowing red I could’ve spent these past hours in the back of the Home Depot parking lot aggressively stroking my meat but I lost that opportunity due to the “ $5 bigger slices “ deal. I’m disappointed not satisfied whatsoever and feeling rotten to the core. You asked for it 711 so I’m serving to you what you deserve because you couldn’t serve to me what I DESERVE. way to ruin my week. this is why I rated 1 star I wish I could go lower. Don’t go to this 711 unless you’re a giver and not a receiver.

The Asian guy that works night shift is racist. My brother is visiting from Mexico he went and bought a beer he showed him his ID and this worker denied him service cussed him out and proceeded to herrass him on his way out . He recorded him and his car plates. Tourists come to Vegas it’s obvious they carry an ID from their country how ignorant can your worker be.

Hello good morning. I was there 05/03 /24 in the morning around 8 to 9 am , to get gas pump # 3 . I pay cash she said no change I said , I used the card and she reply widraw the money to the machine I said , I used the card . She was very rude she is black lady she said no change to 100 . I said to her can I used the card ,. she is ignoring me and serve to other costumer ,I said hello I am first your customer two costumer she serve ,She replay very very rude and said go somewhere else . Very inconsiderate her attitude.. If this person working with you Guy, you lost the customer . I been here many times couples yrs . I have no problem before , THis black lady very rude racism
. if I can give zero to costumer services, I will give to black lady Zero . Costumer services is suck . Tell me go somewhere else .CUSTOMER service SUCK .

It’s a newer nice looking seven eleven. We are here to try their tequita. 3 for $3. Monterey Jack chicken, steak and cheese. Also the spicy big bite.The ladies at the counter are very nice. Good service too. There are a lot of drinks selling for 2 for $2.50. The mango drink is nice. Beers are $3 off. The mini tacos are delicious. The spicy big bite is a tad too spicy for me but my friend loves it.5 stars

My friend warned me of this gas station, and not to get gas there. I forgot and went there 2 days ago, and they put a hold of $75 on my card, and I didn’t even pump the gas, it was actually declined. It’s been 2 days and the hold is still there. The money was available, so I’m not sure why they declined it. They definitely should not of put the hold, since the transaction was cancelled. Something sketchy is going on there.

I was in store today and I purchased some gas. I was parked at pump 4 but I guess I told the cashier pump 2 so with that being said someone stole my gas. When I asked what happen I was told that I should have paid attention to what number I parked at and that I could go and find whom every stole my gas. The store Manager was very rude and even called the police on me. This location needs a new Manager because lack of education makes a person handle a simple customer relation problem turn into a personal police matter it really just got out of control. But I did get in contact with their Corporate Office and I must say that the man handled the situation in a very professional way and helped me to get my money back.

This is a convenient location because the parking was easy and staff are friendly. They had the snacks I liked, plus the taquitos tasted fresh. Quick in and out and back to my errands!
