Worst 7/11 I've been too in 5 states, staff very rude plus they price gouge on items, charged $1 more than other stores in area for extra large sodas!
Recommended not going here just go down street a little.

Do not use this place if you can avoid it. They try to charge you for everything not related to your purchase. The even charge a full drink price if you get ice, I asked for water to fill my own mug not one of their cups and they tried to charge me a dollar. This is the only one that does crazy shit like that and try to say oh that's the companies policy. Yeah right. Good luck keeping business good trying to squeeze your clientele.

This is the worst 711 I have ever been to!!! It’s 6/14/25 almost 4:30 in the morning and I’m trying to go to work and get a cup of coffee and even gamble a little bit before I have work. The clerk has the door locked and refuses to let me in because she’s mopping the floor and says to come back in an hour! That is unacceptable on every level for a 24 hour establishment to have a clerk lock the door to mop! SERIOUSLY?!? This isn’t the only bad experience with this clerk either! She needs to be let go or at the least talked to….

Every time I go here, there's a customer holding me up for about 5-7minutes, making me late for work or other important activities. It takes me 30 seconds to grab what i need. Aside from always waiting, the staff is generally nice and apologetic.

I use to go here about 3 times a week. I will never return. They now put prices on items and try to charge you more at the register. I picked up a bag of candy priced at $2.69 next to the cashier but he tried to charge me $6.69. I showed him the marked price and he said nothing, just looked at me. Keep your out dated stuff.

Terrible customer service from two Indian employees. One male and female. Went in there to purchase a cold brew iced coffee. The sign read $3.69 the female rang it up for $4.59,I said hey the sign said$3.69? The male employee went back and looked came back to the register and said the drink was in the wrong spot,but there was a whole row of them? Then the two employees started arguing in their Indian dialect for five minutes and just ignoring me like I wasn't even there.To make a long story short they should have honored the $3.69 price and fixed it after I left. I was very upset and angry and left without buying anything. I'll never go back there again!

7-11 stores are franchised, independently owned & operated. The woman who owns this one … she needs to get a clue. Price hikes on tobacco “just because,” and her staff may or may not accept vendor coupons as other locations do, going so far as to lie about their acceptance. Having frequented this location multiple times weekly since March 2020 and watched & paid the unjustified or explained $50 carton increase ($70 vs $120)…I drive across the street and save a ton of money on my vice and haven’t been back.
This location may be super convenient to those of us who live in Seven Hills or work across the street but with the exception of 1 employee…the employees are beyond rude and I hate dealing with 1 in particular. Morning regulars know her as the woman with the head wrap who says nothing, just glares at you. She’s not nice, when she speaks she’s rude & always has excuses, and she never wants to be bothered. No hello, no thank you. Just glares at you.
The owner herself is always pushing baked goods on customers, literally begging you to spend money on items you neither want or need. Complaints logged thru the 7-11 app are ignored.
Parking is a nightmare-especially when they have delivery trucks refusing to use the actual delivery drive behind the store, making this train wreck of a parking lot a waking nightmare.
Caveat emptor is all I’ll say. If you shop here, just know you won’t be greeted, thanked, or valued as a regular repeat customer…or a customer, period. You’re better off driving thru the intersection going to Chevron.

Expensive stuff at this 7 Eleven location. Woman at the counter conned me into buying a $4 baked item which only had one very small baked item. Rather go to walmart's or other stores than here!

This store has an older guy working there is just rude and disrespectful. l would never recommend! Over Christmas my son flew in and there was a bunch of angry customers over his treatment of them it was embarrassing, my son said mom I thought you lived in a nice area! I guess 7 Hills going down hill!

My card got skimmed at this 711 the lady behind the counter was begging me to buy these salted dried out meatballs. So I did and then woke up today with a strange 10 dollar charge from grub hub
