I am not pleased. I do not like the way I was spoken to. The vet was very condescending and I will not be back.

I brought my 18 year old cat in who had an upper respiratory infection. Both doctors came in to speak with us & explained the options & proposed treatment. Both doctors were wonderful & clearly care about animals. We were impressed.

This place used to be great when I first started coming here in 2015 but has gone downhill. Definitely won't bring any future kitty's here.

I'm glad I found this place when I moved out here. I admit I tried another place first and A Cat Hospital is so much better. Great staff, they seem to really care for the cats and the humans. I have a senior cat, having issues and they are absolutely wonderful with her, explaining the treatments and following up with me. Highly recommend A Cat Hospital.

It pains me to write this review. But I feel that's it necessary because A Cat Hospital has had a long history of loyal cat owners, like myself. I've taken all of my cats to A Cat Hospital for 20 years. The owner and vets who once served this place are all gone. The original friendly, caring, and receptive front-office staff are also all gone. Very bad sign. -I was told that the owners and vets all retired and that A Cat Hospital was sold to a corporate-chain buyer. The difference has been staggering. There is currently only one vet there and multiple vets from separate locations to fill-in temporarily. It is not well operated or managed. The new owners have clearly cut back on staff, vet, and services to save a penny - and it shows in the lack of detail to service. Communication is poor. Service is not at a high quality. I brought my cat in for a bath and arthritis shot. I was promised it would like 4 hours. I took the entire day. My cat sat in a cage for over 6 hours before she received a bath or even looked after or cared for....- and then when it came to getting her arthritis shot, I was informed that they were short one shot because it was given to 2 other cats the same day I brought her in. I was then asked if I could make yet another appointment to get the 2 required arthritis shots. Poor management. Poor preparation and poor disorganization. I was also informed that the office manager was in the office when I called to request why my cat was in her cage for hours (it turned out she wasn't) A bad experience for my cat. I have lost trust and faith in A Cat Hospital. I do not recommend sending your cat/s there.

I have been bringing my cats to A Cat Hospital since 2012. About a year ago, there was a complete overhaul of all veterinarians and staff (and I believe there are currently some rotating/visiting vets, but I am not 100% sure). The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Recently, one of my cats came down with a variety of health issues that required a lot of tests, medical intervention, and a hefty at-home "treatment" plan. Dr. St. Preux was wonderful through it all... explaining everything thoroughly and answering all my questions. I was even allowed to bring my cat one afternoon at the end of the day (without an appointment) when I saw how sick he was. I have seen some comments here about the cats being taken to the back for exams. I have never had a problem with that. First, my cats. have never looked or acted distraught, angry, or upset after being in the back. Second, I can understand how it can be easier for doctors to do things like collect urine samples and draw blood in the back area where they have the tools they need. Some things can get pricey, but that is the nature of the beast with veterinary care. I don't find A Cat Hospital's prices to be outrageously expensive to other vets I have been to in Seattle or New York City.

We have multiple cats and we REFUSE to take them anywhere else! A Cat Hospital in Henderson has the nicest staff and they take the best care of our precious cats. I couldn't say enough good things about this Cat Hospital. Thank You A Cat Hospital!

I've switched over to a cat hospital from my previous vet. I now bring all my kitties here. I have been going here now for a few years. But they have great vets! They are good with my fur babies too and take very good care of them. And place is nice and clean and staff is friendly ?

I've always brought my cat here since I moved to Vegas in 2014 but lately the staff & service has gone way down & the last time I was here just felt like a major cash grab. I won't be coming back anymore.. there are much better vets for your cat in town.

I moved from Jersey recently and went to A Cat Hospital. My cat is 13 and has a hyper thyroid. They gave her the once over, drew blood, and advised immediately that she looks great and 3 days later I got a call with the results that was great news. 2 days ago I found a growth on her elbow and just called 10 minutes before they closed. They are fitting me in tomorrow. They are sweet and genuinely care. I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful vet!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Needed a good place to board my 12-month old kitty while I was away for 2 weeks. I found my little girl abandoned a year ago when she was 6-weeks old and only weighed one pound. We have a very tight bond and needless to say, I was very nervous about leaving her under someone else's care. Had made reservations at another pet hotel, but decided on this place instead when I wasn't treated well at the other place prior to my kitty even staying there, plus they had no vet on staff. Turned out to be the best choice ever. They offer "kitty condos" here with plenty of room with fish tanks and birds to entertain. The team keeps a very close eye on your kitty and only specialize in cats. My little did get stressed in the beginning and quit eating of which Dr. Villagran took note of and called me immediately to get permission to administer an appetite stimulant. This worked great and only had to be given once, and kitty adjusted quite well after this. The doctor was also proactive in calling me with updates and whenever I called to check on my girl the entire staff was friendly, professional and not rushed in giving me a report. I would definitely board my kitty here again whenever I go out of town. Don't pay attention to any old bad reviews you see on here. They have a new team now that does an amazing job. Thank you for taking such good care of my little girl of whom I care about so much. :)
