Originally I went to AAA on 1511 W. Sunset Road in Henderson just to get something notarized. I decided to find out if I could get a better car insurance rate.Desmond Marquez was appointed to help me. Such a nice wonderful person. I a military veteran and if Desmond was one of my troops I would have promoted him that day for going over and beyond the call of duty. I received an education on car insurance.Desmond is what customer service is all about. In today's society customer service is lacking. In talking with him I could see he loves what he do. He helped me save over $300 on my car insurance. The next day I received a call from Desmond checking up on me. This AAA branch should be thankful to have a knowledgeable, customer friendly person like Desmond.Desmond, thank you for getting me such a positive experience in the Sunset, Henderson branch.Mercier Boykins
