Staff was very helpful, but what I wanted you had to order online. Not available in store so I just walked out without ordering.

Laurie over charged me $4 on some chain because they couldnt get the sku to work. I went back in to get it corrected. She gets an attitude and says she will only return $1.67 because I had a coupon for $5 off my entire purchase of $45. So basically They overcharged me $4 on a single item then take my coupon but wont return the cash from the overcharge. Then gets a terrible attitude like Im the problem.
The owners response is inaccurate. I called to speak to a manager about the situation. I spoke with Josh who claimed to be the manager, explained the situation and his response was “what do you want me to do about it”.

I went in, and they found exactly what I needed. However, the computer went down and then the wait. Female attendant could be kinder to the elderly, I didn't like her tone towards a woman in her 80's.

Purchases a mini green egg from here. They said they knew how to build it. Apparently they do not at all know how to build it. The temp gauge isnt center with the handle and they didn't use the spacers to place the top of the egg so its not center with the bottom so air escapes. 0/10 idiots.

Ace is Still 'the place'. U can't beat Ace for Hardware! Among other convenient items. Wish there were more locations. But of course there is 1 place: McFs. I'm grateful 4 both of them!

Employees smoking cigarettes next to the propane tank and putting the cigarettes out on the wall? Really? If I see it again, I’m gonna to confront the person smoking, and then go have a not kind conversation conversation with the manager. And then I will call corporate and probably OSHA and the fire department. Employees smoking in front of businesses is beyond unprofessional, and it makes me not want to patronize those businesses but doing it right next to propane tanks right in front of the dog place that’s right next-door so they can blow up all the dogs? Come on now.

They had what I needed and were very helpful.
Edit: I called before coming asking for something specific. Drove about 20 minutes to get here. Gary lied. They don't even carry what I asked for. Quite disappointed. Just a reminder of the dumbing down of people. Especially a old timer like a Gary. Pretty sad society is getting to this point of Idiocracy.
They do still have small parts bins or they would get 1 star.

Feels like the space is a little small for all the items they carry.
The employees were really nice and helpful answering all my questions. Ended up buying a some garden equipment. They carry gas Stihl equipment, which is 100% better than the junk at Lowe's and HomeDepot.

As a frequent customer and ALWAYS getting great service it's time to acknowledge that.
Easy parking, clean and well organized store. As you enter, it's easy to find staff to direct you or help you get what you need. The knowledge and friendly helpfulness at this location is unsurpassed! Especially TJ and Josh stand out for their incredible customer support.
The line moves quickly once you're ready to pay and the membership brings frequent discounts.
It may be a few cents more than a big box store but the experience is worth every penny, I walk out with my items in hand smiling rather than frustrated with the time it took to get things sorted. On the rare occasion they do not have what we need they point you in the right direction.
We are customers for life, especially at this location!

I have been doing business here for 5 years! Wow! How time has flown! Staff here are like family! The store has new ownership, and I am getting used to new employees. They start recognizing regulars, and they are a lot of fun. Got some very good helpful advice for my next project. The advice helped me avoid injury, a mess, and damage to my work area. I like my friendships with the old staff and am happy to be forming the same with the new staff. ACE is the place, with the friendly hardware folks!
