I gave this pharmacy another chance but NEVER AGAIN. I am done. They are unhelpful and keep saying “you agree to pick this up” when they are unaware of their own prices online. They work at with Albertson so how is it Albertson sell their “pharmacy items” but not inform them the prices. This is one lady there that is really nice but the other two are rude.

Been going here since I moved here from Illinois a year and a half. Horrible customer service. Will stand waiting 5-10 minutes while they are working in front of you. They don't contact you if there's a delay in your pick up. Medicine is vital for health. This place really doesn't sit well with me. No one bothers to talk to you. You're just a birth date. Switching pharmacies this new year. I rarely write a bad review. Sick people deserve the most care and respect.

Customer service!
I went in and ordered a pound of tenders and fries. They were out of fries and the girl behind the counter asked if I wanted to wait 7 minutes and she would make me some. I came back and she told the guy that I was here for a pound of fries. I told him I also needed a pound of tenders. He looked down and said they were out and I would have to wait 12 minutes. The girl who took my order originally, let our a sound of "OH" and darted to the back and left the guy to hear my anger. No sorry was mentioned and it pissed me off that knowing she screwed up she hid in the back. Someone should talk to her and let her know she needs to be responsible if she messes up. I sent this to the Albertson complaint site listed and received no response. I would have to assume whomever gets them doesn't care either. This happened at Alberton's in Henderson on Horizon. I didn't get her name because she hid, but she was a younger chubby girl with glasses.

In my experience, most of the employees at this location are not friendly. And lack basic customer service skills in my opinion.

Watch this store they are experts at Bait and Switch pricing. My latest encounter was it for me, I am done with them!! I even wrote an email to the main office and have heard by nothing so like I say in the email, you have stolen your last dime from me. Here is the letter I wrote: To Whom It may Concern: This is the around the third time I have been back to shop at the Albertsons at 201 S. Stephanie St, Henderson, NV 89012 and so far every time I do it seems prices don't match your ads or today the app. I went in for Ahi Tuna in the "seafood case" as listed on your app they were supposed to be approx 5 oz for $5.00. What you had the ONLY Ahi tuna you had in said seafood case was the larger ones and I questioned the price. The girls at the counter said this was all they had and Betty took my phone back in the meat department to ask and he told her he thought maybe when my phone number was put in at register it would adjust the pricing. Long story short instead of costing me approx $20.00 it was $40.14 I showed the cashier (Amber)my phone to which she said she didn't know took that screen off my phone and called for the manager. In the meantime she is trying type in who knows what, I kept saying it was under the "SHOP" not the "DEALS" section. The store had 2 check stands open (13:39) line behind me was by backing up, manager had not called register back or bothered coming either. The cashier asked "do you want them or not?" Since the entire shopping list of tonight's dinner had been planned out, shopped, checked out and waiting like a damned fool again because I fell for it, the old bait and switch that seems to be what you do regularly. Your App has been deleted from my phone like the bad faith business deserves to be. So congratulations but you have screwed me over for the last time. I will share this final straw with everyone I meet and I will never be back into ANY Albertsons or Vons again. Enjoy your particular shady way of doing business you will just continue to lose business.

Unfortunately, they are often out of what I need, and this was happening before the pandemic as well. Limited amounts of items including, but not limited to, many progresso soups options, Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi, and sugar free A&W mean I can't expect to find what I need consistently. Additionally, this leads to customer hoarding which perpetuates the problem. It's hard not to think "omg, there it is, buy all that's there". They have recently remodeled/reshuffled the aisles yet AGAIN, which uses up time and Im sure doesn't increase their products. This is extremely frustrating because it's 5 minutes away from my house and I have to go to Smiths or Vons, which aren't convenient. If I could get what I need, they would get ALL my business and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Now THAT would impact their profit more than moving the aisles around.

I used to come here all the time...but now I go to winco. Yes. Albertsons is Pretty pricy. And today when I went there a gentleman named Kenneth was in quick check. Totally useless. Ughh The men who work in the produce area are not chipper at ALL. Rather rude actually. But I LOVE Pam. she transferred over here to this store from S. Ranch and Maryland.

Yes their stuff is a little pricy but their produce is spot on and everything is fresh, so to me its worth it. But what keeps my fiancé and I going back is the service...everyone we have gotten so far is so nice and pleasant. Especially Zahin, we have gone to her like 3 times already and she has great customer service. Not only is she patient but she's a sweetheart. I think we found our new grocery store (:

Went shopping at store in Henderson on Horizon and Stephanie. Several shoppers without masks. Staff said nothing. Schools in Clark County on pause because kids and teachers sick, yet Albertsons provides place to spread disease

New year, new regular grocery store! Well, newish for me. Many years ago, when I was a child, I would go grocery shopping here with my dad before he decided to switch back over to Smith's. Today, I stepped into this Albertson's for the first time in maybe 18 years, having grown over Smith's myself. I was surprised to see that there was so much space all around the store and in the aisles. The grocery carts aren't too big and wide so you don't have to worry about squeezing through other customers when walking down the aisles. It was quite busy when I was there. The checkout lines were a bit backed up and an employee named Veronica helped me out at self checkout (which I'm not a fan of, but I have to give credit). She was super helpful in scanning/bagging all my groceries and had wonderful customer service skills. The highlight of my grocery trip was finding Impossible Chicken Nuggets! My best friend (who is vegan) was talking to me about them the other day and she suggested that I try them out. They were excellent! Granted, Albertson's is an extra mile from my house, but it's totally worth it. Bonus: there is a Starbucks inside.

This store is really clean and usually well stocked. There seems to be enough employees to get you through without excessive wait times. They usually have most of what I need and it feels safe at the location.
