I purchased some Benihana dinners today because I saw a sign that said they were on sale. I think the signs were from last week's sale, but the customer service representative still honored the sale even though it was over. Talk about excellent customer service.

I have been trying to do a job application several times what is the problem with your system I can do everything but when I try to do something simple like eSign my name I just says I'm doing wrong this system is ludicrous I already interviewed but can send a simple application cause this system is terrible

Store is always extremely clean and tidy. Easy to find what you’re looking for. The prices are just too darn high. The upcharge is insane here. They’re the only grocery store within 8-10 miles and they definitely price like it.

Horrible experience ever . I was with my two year daughter shopping. The lines were extremely long so I went to self checkout. As I was ringing up my items I was approached by a rude employee name Tammy W. She told me excuse me your not ringing up everything, I said yes I am please check. She checked all my bags which was very embarrassing, seen everything was rang up and just walked away No apology nothing ! That’s when I asked for management. One manager apologized the other was very rude saying she is just doing her job. Her job is not to harass and embarrass customers. If you don’t trust customers to ring up all there items please don’t allow self check out . I really think it was racism. I try not to be that way but that was unnecessary, embarrassing and so rude. I cried because this is how you get treated for no reason. I didn’t deserve that at all . Shame on you Albertsons for hiring people who have the worst customer service

I came to Albertsons to purchase propane.I placed my empty tank outside . I grabbed some sushi and they we're going to ring me up for my propane but they realize they were out. So I purchased my Sushi and left. I was approached by a young man in employee and he told me I had to pay for my sushi. ( VERY DANGEROUS FOR EMPLOYEES not trained to stop potential shoplifters) So as I was going back in the store at cashier told me I was good and I paid for it already. I told her they should have an out of propane sign. She told me I need to tell the manager that. So I didn't pay for my sushi then I did and I am supposed to tell the manager. I really only wanted propane. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love this store and it’s staff. I shop there all the time.Why can’t your bakery be consistent with the French Bread. Sometimes it’s over baked , others underbaked. Size of bread always different. Sometimes it’s almost like a baguette. Vons always consistent and you are 2 minutes away. Please give us decent bread!Thank you!!

I came in last night to the deli and bought 30$ worth of chicken and potato wedges for my family. The deli was stocked so I figured it would be good but when I got the food home the potato wedges were tough and chewy and clearly old. The baked chicken was pretty old too. The chicken tenders I bought were okay.I called customer service just now to make them aware of this experience, and she rushed me off the phone like she didn't even care and said she would let them know. She didn't sound rude, her tone of voice was pleasant. Possibly she was just busy.

They are our neighborhood grocery. The good, produce, bakery, deli, meat specials, clean, easy parking, friendly team, day-old clearance items and sale items. The bad, sometimes ice cream has thawed and refrozen, prices sometimes high, meat department not the best. The ugly, their lousy app...no service in the store and stuff has to be loaded to get the sale price. So even with the bad and ugly, they still earn four stars, glad to have them in the neighborhood.

The store it’s self and stag are excellent. The pharmacy however is a completely different story Olga the pharmacy manager practices, discrimination, bullying harassment, brakes, HEPA laws and should not be working with the public. We have filed with the Pharmacy board Heather her boss who did absolutely nothing but we will pursue this matter. She got into an argument with my daughter and was screaming out all the medication that my daughter takes in public with a crowd of people standing around, my daughter was humiliated and said I’m done and walked away. Tried to speak to the store manager who wouldn’t listen. Like I said, we’ve address this with her boss, the pharmacy board and filing a complaint with Hyppa. She transferred prescriptions without our knowledge or consent she refused to fill medication‘s, such as blood pressure and a medication for seizures for my daughter , she was getting requests from our doctor and not telling us they were refilled. This is all unethical and horrific and I’m sure she’s done this to a lot of other people a lot of elderly people get their prescriptions there and she’s not professional to say the least we have found we can’t get a personal injury attorney because our damages are not 300,000 or more but we are pursuing an attorney. We contacted your corporate office and got no response. In addition I would like to head. This was never an issue of a drug being unavailable or on back order. This was an issue of her breaking Hyppa policies, letting the public know things they shouldn’t, and the fact that she’s on ethical bullying and harassing on the Fourth of July, I ended up in the ER because she would not refill my blood pressure medication, you can look up our member number and see that we spent thousands of dollars a month in that store and it was convenient to pick up medication‘s there as well and now she won’t fill them

What an absolute disaster the night Manager and crew are...At 9:45. They tell everybody. The store is closing at 9:55. They are pushing you out the door. Literally the Lady would not let me go get some eggs at 9:55. I grab the eggs anyway at 9:56. I was in the front, waiting for register, because the guy shut all the self help registers off and there is only one register so behind me has another 10 people who are now holding them up from going home because they shut the registers. The guy who's at the registers, older guy says well.... All you people should have come earlier. Period. !!!! What???I asked the lady why did you shut the registers and she said they have to shut them off by 9:55 in order to get out by 10 they could only leave one open. What a joke I've been in retail and in the grocery industry, I've never seen that...closing such a disaster , making people leave , treating people like why are you coming here. Period. Blocking people at the door etc. cause if I'm the manager of this store Id fire all three people in charge , the older two people, especially the man and the woman terrible with people. Get some Customer Service people that want to work and don't care if it's 1005 or 10:30 when they walk out the door. Boo I've lived here 20 years and this took the cake.

This was a very relaxing chill environment, and the decor looks great. The oreo cake is so delicious as well the lemon dessert we had.Definitely can't wait to come back and try different desserts.

Very nice store. Kept clean and organized. Staff is friendly and willing to help. Prices are great. If you live in the inspirada area, this is your go to store!
