The store is okay but the representative cashier need to be coached some manners. I understand this new generation is something else ! but store manager need to train and focus on customer greetings and offering help at the cashier and throughout the store not eyes on personal phone with straight and grampy faces when approached. If customers start avoiding cashier will eventually lead to avoid the store all together

I placed an online order on 29 Nov to have it shipped to the Galleria Mall store and when I went there on 30 Nov, I was told all orders after a certain time on Friday were auto cancelled due to Black Friday. I tried to make a store purchase, but they only had one item in stocks, I backorder the second, and the third item, it would not allow the store to place a backorder, so I just told them to cancel the entire order. I put the item back on display and walked out of the store.

I came in today and i just need to recognize how helpful each employee truly was! I found exactly what I was looking for in this store with the help of several people, but the one that stuck out to me the most was Echo! Echo did so well with giving me an opinion on the dress i picked out! She understands everything I was looking perfectly! Much appreciation and thanks to Echo!
