People inside are very nice so are the workers at work here seems like they all really like their jobs I am glad they got rid of the check-in trailer. Those people didn’t like their job and we’re always rude.

Joking place. Broker gave us their load in the last minute. We arrived 45 mim late of the appointment. They said, that we need to reschedule. Broker doesn't want to pay the compensation. Nobody answers for this. Only the drivers have problems.

Avoid if possible. Spent 2 days here trying to get unloaded. If you're picking up make sure your trailer is fully precooled. I heard them make 2 different drivers sit over 2 degrees.

Took 9 hours to get loaded and my paperwork wasn't even ready so I could leave. I'm going to miss my appointment because these people can't do a simple job.

There no reason at 0600 to bang on your truck door and be a jerk.. i unloaded here the night before, waiting to reload next day.. was told I gladly could park on property do to loading in the morning, by the evening crew.. Guy bangs on my door question everything I said to his question.. Told me I was miss informed, maybe he is miss imformed.. what a jerk, then beats me down more when I go to check in to pick up my load.. I guess they dont screen for public relations in there help.. always liked coming here, so I won't let one jerk ruin anymore of the day then this clown has.. back to the saying it is hard to find good help.. wow, wow, wow!!!

Lesson learned, smh
If picking up a multi drop load , verify with loader and shipping clerk stops where loaded in correct order. Check labels of last 2 pallets

One of the worst places for a trucker to get loaded. Avoid this place if possible.

Entrance on map. Take a right when you first enter, stage on the right, up the hill. Walk to office, get checked in. Give your info. Got a door, right away. Slide tandems, chock wheels, remove airline. Got loaded, your loader comes out to seal your doors. Get paperwork, exit same way.

Can check in early and they have overnight parking.
They probably will load you after your appointment time.
My problem was that the guy was in hurry to go home and he loaded me whatever. Drive axle 2k pounds over limit, tandem’s all up! When I came back, he saw me and tried to sneak out. Manager, old gentleman was professional and polite. He saw my tandems and how they loaded me. He apologized and call that guy to come back and fix it. When he came back, he tried to put blame on me and my tandems was too high!!!! He doesn’t know what he talking about. Trying to teach people how to work but in the same time doesn’t know how to do his own job! He couldn’t accept his fault.
Also keep in mind that your trailer should be pre cooled. Take a picture of your trailer temperature before you go to check in.

Somehow every time I come here the wait times get longer and the check in woman gets ruder. Usually companies prefer to put non combative people in customer service roles but I can tell management didn't get the memo. Makes sense why they can't afford the guard shack anymore. Nobody wants to drive their loads. Even their local contact carrier is gone. Took 3 hrs passed my appointment to get docked. But there's only one other truck here. That truck still isn't docked. Proceed with caution. Another time I came here off of a dead head from Phoenix only to wait 4hrs because they didn't have my pick up number. Never got that load and wasted my fuel.

Much better place now that Unilever is gone. Alex and Brandy and great people. No overnight parking.
