Unethical, illegal and unprofessional business practice. Beware of any dealings with this business. The shop sat on my car for 6 weeks and once I inquire about progress they claimed they were unable to obtain parts for repair. I then requested to have my vehicle transferred to another shop who would repair my vehicle with no issues in two weeks. In response, they charged $3000 for "storage", although the vehicle was just sitting in a parking lot of the business complex, not a designated and secure location. Regardless, intentionally delaying the repair of a vehicle which results in a business profiting is a practice that is completely illegal as outlined by NRS. I was assured by my insurance company that they paid them to ensure I was taken care of but they will go after the shop for their fraudulent practice. The attached photo is interaction with the owner who admits that my car is left outside in a unsecured parking lot (the part about it "going in at night") is a complete lie because no shop moves a vehicle in and out of a secured location when they're not actively working on it. In addition, the personal attack (highlighted in yellow). I did take my key because as I said, I was informed my vehicle was unsecured in a parking lot with the key sitting in the car in plain sight.
