Visited this AM/PM store roughly at 5:30PM on 11/27/25 and was accused of theft because I simply ālooked like someoneā that came to steal last night. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional from both Elijah and the Adam the managers part. It was disappointing and extremely embarrassing. Elijah handled the situation poorly, hiding his name tag and didnāt want to tell me the managers name and screaming at me (a purchasing customer) in front of other customers. Donāt go in here unless you want to get targeted for stealing.

I would leave negative stars if I can. I witnessed the store manager threaten a customer with physical violence and calling him white trash. This man left his back pack by the front door as instructed by the manager. When he was leaving the store his backpack was gone. Of course he was upset by this and asked the staff if they had it perhaps behind the counter. The manager flipped out on this gentleman. As the man left the store the manager follows him out and continues yelling at him while the man was all the way down the road. The other employees there stood behind the manager getting it all on their phones. I've never seen anything like it and I can't get that scene out of my head. What is wrong with people and how are these people allowed to hold the positions they hold.

Do NOT get a too good to go bag from this place. I paid for a surprise bag and got a bag full of awful cookies. Not worth it. The employee making my bag made it in a under a minute and literally did not care at all.

Sold me a phone charger and cable that did not work. Tried to return it back to the store within one hour after purchasing with the receipt. Said they could not take it back. The cashier told me to come back a different day and see if management could do anything for me. I donāt live anywhere near that gas station. Not gonna waste the gas going back.

Pump 4 is broke pumps slow, check your pumps not working right, today pump Iām at pump 9 and itās slow too. And the water machine is broke also, charges me full price for 5 gallons only gives me 3 gallons. ????

Came in for snacks/chocolates. Posted everywhere "buy one regular price, get one for $1.00." Got charged regular price! Clerk stated, "it's not on the picture." But the sticker is posted directly below many items NOT on the picture. Boohoo! Please move the stickers to the appropriate candy bars!! Common sense!

My mother and I came to this Arco on June 28 at about 11 PM to fill up our tank, get energy drinks, and snacks for our road trip. After we got gas, we went inside to pick out what we wanted and as we're walking around the isles, the cashier approaches us very aggressively and says he has the right to be suspicious because we have large purses. Our purses were average size, it's not like they were backpacks or giant purses. He proceeded to follow us around the store insinuating we were stealing and putting things in our purses telling us he was watching us. We said okay check our purses we just bought $40 in gas, We don't have any reason to come in the store and steel $10 in snacks. My mom and I proceeded to walk around the store to find what we wanted as I'm talking to her I'm saying I live in a half $1 million house around the corner, I'm a local business owner that owns boutique across the street from the Boulevard Mall. My bills and my rent at my store. Probably cost three times what this guy makes. You're taking your minimum wage job way too seriously dude. Last time that I checked, I don't look like a crackhead or a homeless person neither does my 53 year old mother. We literally did nothing wrong. We wanted to get more items, but his aggressiveness was making us so uncomfortable we decided to just get what we had in our hands and leave. Once we got up to the register, I opened my bag and sarcastically said here look I'm not stealing anything. Do you want me to dump it out? because I was upset. He said no, then I walked out flipping the bird. After I walked out, my mom told me she asked him the same thing opened her bag saying look nobody took anything. He refused to check her purse, snatched all the items we wanted to buy, walked away and told her to get out. I was upset so I walked back in and demanded to talk to a manager and he proceeded to say we should've left our purses in the car and that he's calling the cops. I can't believe you would call the cops over something so ridiculous. If you're dealing with drug addicts and homeless people stealing things from your store, is that the kind of place that women by themselves should feel comfortable walking outside at night with just a wallet in their hand? Absolutely not I feel safer with a purse that I can have a better grip on that's not as easy to snatch off my arm. I understand if you have a policy to not have large purses and backpacks, because of increased stealing but have it clearly posted on the door and when someone walks in, ask them to leave their bag at the front or take it back to the car not aggressively harass them while they're trying to shop. it's as Simple as being respectful, which he was not. I admit I got heated and was yelling but how do you expect somebody to react when you're being aggressive? Two women against a dude following us around the store. Absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER be coming to the Arco again. It's unfortunate because we have spent a lot of money there in the years we've lived in this neighborhood. We ended up going to 7-Eleven and getting $30 in snacks that were way cheaper anyways. Arco lost out on our business tonight and forever because your staff is so poorly trained and bad with people. We will be filing a complaint with corporate.

I stopped by to buy some ice cream, apparently the price on the shelf is not the right one. I told the cashier it says 3.99 but said he's not allowed to change the price, even if it's wrong. I understand. Management needs to price their items correctly
