I placed an order online for 4 pasta bowls. They wrote me that they only had 3.
Then I got 3 bowls that were cereal bowls. I sent them an email and called, and they demanded that I send pictures. I did.
Even the packing slip said soup bowls, which did not match the cereal bowls in the package and did not match pasta bowls that I ordered.
The company had the nerve to demand that they first receive their bad shipment back before refunding my money. It was on me to wrap their bad shipment back up and take it to UPS. I demanded my refund immediately or I’ll just put the charges that are now two weeks old in dispute with my credit card company and let them deal with it.
And yes, the law is that if you receive an mis- shipment, you are entitled to keep it. I already have 10 of these bowls and I didn’t need any more so I did the right thing and sent them back.
And guess what? They didn’t have any more pasta bowls in stock, and they can’t get any more from the manufacturer.
They “bowled”me over with a terrible experience from start to finish.
If you don’t know your inventory, you can’t run your business. I was a new customer, and I won’t be back.

Good experience overall. Although, I had ordered the same item in two separate orders! It wasn’t apparent though that the first one had gone through. Watch out. Anyway, it got rectified promptly, and my one item is on its way. Good price. Happy so far.

Made an online order for a piece of porcelain-ware that’s difficult to find stocked in the US. It arrived very quickly, well-packaged with the original box and the item itself is in perfect condition.

Bought an expensive Walther soap dispenser. $288. It arrived defective. Couldn’t thread pump portion to line up with bottom. My husband tried also. Contacted someone and alerted them with issue and said restocking fee should be waived due to inferior product. They did not honor this. Bad customer service. I would not purchase from this website.

This is the rude response from the owner of Amusespot after I sending a couple of inquiries with regards to my recent purchase of two expensive vases from them ($600+ and $1,000+). I have never ever received such email from any online seller before. If you plan to buy from Amusespot, you might want to consider this email I received.

So disappointed in the store. Tried to go twice and both times were closed. Said it was open 10am but it was not. How can you people expect to sell anything if you are never there. I see this place wont be around long. Another failed business in Anthem. Too bad.
