This ARCO is the best !!! I love how clean this store is. The workers here from the cashiers to the supervisor of the car wash are so friendly. I come here a few times a month from the North side. Customer service is great!!!

I recently stopped by the ARCO gas station on E Russell Road, and I must say, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The first thing that caught my attention was how friendly and welcoming the staff are. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and a warm attitude, which is always a nice touch when you’re just stopping in for gas or a quick snack. The employees here really go out of their way to make customers feel valued, which is something I appreciate.
The store itself is impressively clean and well-maintained. It’s clear that the staff take pride in keeping the place spotless. Whether you’re just grabbing a drink or need something more substantial, the shelves are always well-stocked with a wide variety of options. I found everything I needed quickly and without hassle.
Another thing I noticed is how organized everything is. The layout makes it easy to find what you’re looking for, and the checkout process is quick and efficient. Even when it’s busy, the lines move quickly, which is a testament to how well the station is managed.
Overall, this ARCO location is a great spot to fuel up, grab some essentials, and be on your way. The friendly staff, clean environment, and well-stocked store make it a standout among other gas stations in the area. I’ll definitely be stopping by again the next time I’m in the area.

No stop light makes left hand turns back to the city near impossible. Card reader at the pump was down. My wife had a bathroom emergency and the door was locked. Only one person behind the desk to get the bathroom key.
Employee was very nice and helpful. Gas pumps rather quickly. Overall, okay experience.

For whatever reason the employees here think their shit don't stink. They have zero concept of the old idea that the customer is always right. They would argue with you for half the day if you allowed them to (even though you have two engineering degrees and just might know what you're talking about). If you can, I would skip this gas station and go to the next because who needs to be insulted? Who needs to pay their extremely high prices just to be treated like a non-customer? Who needs it? I hope the business owner reads this. Who needs to not achieve their goals - thereby wasting your time - because the 5th grade educated asst manager with very large glasses clearly did not make it thru 5th grade let alone any marketing classes. The people in your area and area of their work - are your most valuable asset - location be damned - so I would have a class on customer service Mr owner because people like me have money to spend "for convenience" but not for "harassment"

Do NOT pump gas at this ARCO. Literally had enough on my Uber card to pump 1 gal to get home and wait to fill the tank tonight when my direct deposit comes through. Swiped my card pumped the 1 gal but when I turned the car on the needle didn't move a single centimeter and same 5mile range until completely empty came up so it straight scammed me for my galon of gas. There was no point on even arguing with any workers there ?. I thought these kinda things only happened in Mexico but I see that these gas stations are scamming for gas here in the US also. At least this ARCO does
