This sketchy dude who was clearly experiencing a mental health episode accused me of filming him. The staff asked me to calm down when I told him to leave me alone. I have compassion for the mentally ill, but they don’t belong in gas stations if they are threatening people. They need to be in treatment. This staff was completely incompetent. Why did they not call the police? I felt unsafe in there and will never go there again.

I purchased coffee and some items inside and I was charged $.35 ATM fee. The guy said that if I had inserted my debit card I would not have been charged the fee. I went outside to get fuel and I was charged another $.35 fee. The machine does not even have paper for the receipt. Apparently it’s OK to overcharge people fees at this location, but they don’t provide the level of basic service of offering a receipt after your purchase. When I told the attendant they need in the machine. He just looked at me and said OK. OK OK.

Bad attitude. Cashier gives you an attitude like he doesn't want to ring you up. What I bought cost .97 cents . the guy kept the change and without saying anything shewed me away without giving me my change. This is not the first time that has happened. I will not be coming back. And I will be telling people not to go there.

Went in today around 10am, all of the coolers holding food and beverages were luke warm, and even some items were hit. No food was available, hamburgers/hot dogs, we purchased some peanuts, which were stale, some sodas, which were warm, and the gentleman behind the counter was on the phone speaking his language and not paying g attention to the questions we were asking. We will not being go back to this establishment due to the lack of customer service. They also charge over a dollar if you decide to use a debit/credit card. Haven't seen that in a place like this before. Overall disappointed

Nice workers but listed promotions are not correct the signs are still posted but no promotion exist when they ring up its full price and this is the 2nd occasion at this location and is why I'll never be doing business here again and won't recommend this store the chevron across the street is better their posted promotions actually are legit

Edit 2/9/24: Checked back in tonight, seems like the pump speed issue has been fixed. Glad I can resume using this station, usually has pretty good Upside discounts on top of already low prices for the area. Thank you for fixing the pumps!Seems like I'll be getting my gas from another station from here on. Been coming here for gas for a while, with how close to home and how good the prices are, especially with Upside rebates factored in. That said, this station desperately needs a day or two to shut their pumps off and have them either serviced or replaced, my car's little 11-1/2 gal tank took what felt like 10 minutes or more to fill tonight with how dog slow they've been working. Had the same issue a couple months back on a different car and assumed, apparently incorrectly, that there would've been enough complaints about the abysmal pump speed to see the problem fixed. Not only is it not fixed, but on tonight's fill-up the pump spilled gas down the side of my car on an overfill. Needless to say, thoroughly displeased with the state of the equipment here. Fix your pumps.

My first time coming here and I get robbed by the cashier I've tried to call 5 times but no answer I was charged twice and onto of that they charged me a charge to use my debit card and I spent over 10 dollars il never come here again I just moved here

24 hours huh? Well then tell me why at 2:36 am I can't get gas? Doors locked.. store inside all dark.. .. ... Yeah right! And if this guy sitting in his car is an employee of this establishment then he's pretty rude. Especially since he can open his car door and say something to the guy who walks up (as if to attempt to be a paying customer) after I do, but he can't say anything to me. (I was attempting to be a cash paying customer as well)... So if there is just some sort of issue and that's why they're not open, it's still pretty rude to not say anything to me at all...

The crew wants me to wait for 5 mins just because he is mapping and cleaning. No good customer service. I am sorry to tell but that the truth, i wont be back again in that store! Horrible experience. I just too considerate for that.
