Had to wait to one hour to get a pick up order that I had already paid for online, there’s only one person working here and as much as I feel bad for the guy, you guys definitely wasted my time, you guys need to hire more people or train them to multitask or something, cuz damn.. that’s just ridiculous and horrible, I’m editing and writing more cuz I’m still waiting for the poor man to help me out, but I’m waiting for about an hour and some change now…. ??♂️??♂️??♂️

Don’t go here. No receipts are given no break down of any kind they give you a paper of incorrect math. don’t tell you activation is on bill. I can go on but Fs don’t trust tru.

I had a horrible experience at this store. I added an extra line to my plan and was told my bill would increase by $25 but it actually went up by $120/mo. I called ATT and they said I had been added to the most expensive plan have available with all of the extra add ons. ATT verified that the people working at the store get commission on what they sell. Save yourself some time and money and don’t go to this store!

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. We traded in a brand new IPhone 14 last year and their AMAZING employee decided to pocket the phone and turned in HIS OWN old Samsung phone. We were waiting on our credit for the trade in and when we noticed they only gave us an $800 credit that's when we called and they told us they only credit that because we turned in a Samsung. We don't own any Samsungs so right away we knew what they did. We went into the store and the workers are trying to protect the scammers. He still has the phone we trade in and still has a job there.
UPDATE; Sales Rep *CHANTAVONG is responsible for receiving & handling all paper work & trade in process.
I have not received no help or atleast been reached out too for a way to fix this issue. No urgency or care. Justice will be served.

AT&T customer service was exceptional. The customer service was over and beyond my expectations. The agent , Beatrix was so nice and helped with my purchase. I was at the AT&T store on South Stephanie in Henderson NV

Went in today to pay for our phones and unlock them as ATT lied about the prices and out phone bill is over double of what’s promised. The manager (I think Jacob, big bushy eyebrows) told us oh well and that it was something all phone companies do, I said that’s a scam and he kept talking in circles, and refusing to help and saying we had to call. I would recommend that you do whatever to avoid ATT at all costs. I’ve been an ATT Coustomer for 8 years and today is my last day. I’ve never, as a Coustomer been so disrespected by a “Coustomer service representative”
Hope ATT goes out of business over companies like Helium mobile! Good luck

I recently received a replacement phone for my damaged Samsung Galaxy S23 and had a very difficult time trying to reactivate it. I went to my local AT&T store in Henderson where I was helped by an Associate named True. He went above and beyond to troubleshoot our problem. He was able to successfully identify the issue and helped me get my phone up and running! We are truly grateful for his time and patience. Thank you so much! So grateful!!!

I totally familiarized myself with the AT&T offers for upgrading my iPhones (2) before going to store. Salesman proceeds to say there is deal to upgrade to 15+ (only phone in deal) with no charges. I questioned him but he insisted so I signed for the upgrade. At home when I looked at my new bill I realized that I was being charged full price (over 36 mos) for both new phones. I consider this a complete ripoff; indeed a scam b/c I assume he thought I would not look at my bill until the 14 day cancel had passed. This was highway robbery and urge all to beware. I will now cancel this deal and switch to Verizon where they give $800 credit for any IPhone trade in. I am actually considering going to police b/c this represents attempted robbery of $1600.

Got upgraded phones that went smoothly. Got sold a lie of internet wifi for a wrong price and now att won't keep the promotion they sold us on so we get to pay 60$ instead of 30 for internet. Don't get sucked into the lies. They get paid on commission.

Made me buy a unnecessary luxury bundle that I said I didn’t even need and turns out they sold it to me knowing they don’t even have all the items in store, did not even give me all the items included in the bundle, so they are having ME run around to another store to get it as if that’s my problem. So now I’m paying for a bundle I voiced many times I didn’t need, and I don’t even have all the items included so essentially I just gave these people money
